Really happy with the books I ordered although one of them I wouldn't class as very good but the other 5 were in very good condition.... quick delivery and good prices too

"Mixed conditions"

One book I received was dirty - something sticky down the side, it was meant to be in very good condition. Yet a hard back copy of Fantastic Beasts was really in excellent condition. That being said I still read the other book, WOB has a good selection and they arrived promptly, not sure I'll be buying new again except for gifts!

"I paid extra for a book for 'almost."

I paid extra for a book for 'almost new' condition and they sent me an old, yellowish brown stinky book printed 8 years ago. Not sure how this fits the almost new condition. The book is so off putting that I am unable to ready it and might have to buy it again in an acceptable condition, and I will end up paying double. Not impressed with WOB, they had one job...

"Lacking some basic services"

Because I didn't create an account, I couldn't track the parcel and as it took many weeks, almost wondered whether I was going to receive it. You should still be able to track an order even without an account. Was also surprised that the book was shipped in a thin plastic express bag and hence the hard cover received some damage in transit. Many other companies pack their books in cardboard.

It took a while for my books to arrive , but I appreciate they came across from the UK. I was pleased that one of the books had been in the Sussex library so it was good to know it was being recycled! Even better, both were really good books
