It took a while to receive. One of the books was written in and marked up.Pricing was good.

I was disappointed that the book sent to replace my first copy of the book, was in a much worse state than the first one. I was refunded the cost of the book that I had ordered, but I feel that more thorough checks need to be carried out before books are categorised as 'Very good'.

Very pour condition despite saying very good. They were very quick to send a replacement.

Delivery has taken too long. The company says they can't provide tracking but all standard post in Australia has tracking numbers. How else are you able to let us k ow when our delivery has arrived?

"Dreadful follow-up"

I ordered 8 books. Two packages arrived, one containing 4 books, the other only 3 books. The packages were in good condition, no damage, so clearly the 8th book was never sent. I have now spent a frustrating week trying to get someone at WOB to read my message and deal with it. I get automated replies or someone telling me to check with the neighbours!! I don't think I will be using WOB again.

WOB Sent my order of books but two of them were the same title. One that I ordered was not sent.

"I purchased two piano scale practice."

I purchased two piano scale practice books. They arrived separately but both in the expected schedule. The books were in good condition. My only gripe was that a music teacher had penciled remarks against some of the exercises. It hasn't made any difference to practicing with the book, but I think it warranted a mention when advertising. thanks
