Was sent the wrong book , after a few emails I'm still waiting to get my book or refund,so far very poor customer service

My book was sent to the billing address not the delivery address. So I didn't have it for my book group and had to read it on line.

Order didn't arrive, first email response took over 7 days to arrive. From order to ignored emails and final resolution was over 3 weeks. Disappointing as I would like to support alternative books sellers.

Book arrived just inside and A4 envelope and as a result had moved about in transport and damaged dustcover badly bent and creased. After complaining they did agree to replace it free of charge. But again was received with no protection, this time a plastic envelope. Fortunately no damage this time but not good practice on their part. BEWARE if you order something special or expensive.
