"Ordered 5 books and only 4 arrived."

Ordered 5 books and only 4 arrived after waiting 13 days for delivery. Tried to contact WOB regarding the missing book but you can only do this online and not speak to an actual customer service person which is frustrating. Three messages sent to them so far and no reply as yet. I have used WOB before with no problem but this experience has not been positive.

One of the books. namely Nothing Ventured was in a disgusting state I had to throw it away.. It was stained badly! So I was very disappointed as it's my first order and will be my last. The other 3 were reasonable condition which is what I would expect for second hand .

I am still waiting for the 4th book I ordered. The other 3 were delivered 1 by 1 but no sign of 4th.

Excellent set of dvds, but it needed better packaging than a plastic bag. The case is so damaged that it is not really useable, luckily though none of the cds are damaged.

I tried registering for an account and followed all the guidelines. It registered my email but when I tried to log in it wouldn't let me. I tried the reset password link many times (and checked my junk) and nothing happened. I used Watson and tried the contact us link several times and got no response. In the end I made contact via social media. A lot of back and forth ensued and then I was advised it's some sort of IT issue and I should try again with a different email address. Crap customer service. I shall buy elsewhere in future.

The book I ordered (Local Woman Missing), although was in alright condition had stickers within the book which were unable to come off without ripping off some of the page. This annoyed me very much.
