"Helpful customer service"
Unfortunately, the book I ordered didn't arrive at all, so after 10 days I emailed the company to let them know that it seemed to have got lost in the post. I got an immediate and very helpful reply, and they sent another copy within a few days. So I'm very grateful for that.

"Not up to their usual standard."
It is nice to be able to follow a long series of novels, in order, at such cheap prices. WOB are my go to for a relaxing read.I can not give my usual 5 star review because the books I received were not up to their usual standard. Although classified as good or above, they are definately old and yellowing and much thumbed

"Books in Poor Condition."
Four books were purchased trusting WOB description that their condition was 'Very Good'. On arrival I was extremely disappointed with their physical condition and would more accurately describe them as being in a 'poor' to 'average' state. The poor condition was reflected in torn pages, covers and bindings. Impossible to contact WOB do discuss the issue, or to get a refund or an exchange.

"WoB has been my go too site"
WoB has been my go too site for second hand books for a while now. The books arrive well packed and usually quicker than estimated. I just have the occasional issue with the condition description not matching what I have received. In my last order all four titles were described as 'Very Good Condition', yet one paperback was well creased at the spine and had scuffed corners and another paperback had the laminate peeling from the leading edge of the cover. If I had seen these in a charity shop I would not have expected to pay $4.90 and $4.80 respectively for them. But the other two items in my order were like new, yet all had the same condition description.

Always a great selection, availability and, crucially, prices. However, customer support is non-existent and information around shipping and timings is lacklustre.

Book was not in the Very Good condition stated (pages are yellowed and the WOB sticker on the edge was masking the split of the front cover). This is the first time I have not been really pleased with my purchase, so hoping it's a one-off.

You had the book I was looking for. The price was reasonable. It arrived in a timely manner, and in good condition. In fact the book's condition appeared as good as new, though it was sold as used. Ordering and check out was easy enough.
