Ordered a book over a month ago and still not been delivered

I placed an order 29 days ago but my book has only arrived today. Of course this may be a fault of the postal system but annoyingly WOB does not offer tracking. I'm afraid this experience means I'm unlikely to order again.

The book was in a horrendous condition it fell apart as soon as I took it out of the bag with bits of glue everywhere will not use them again

Range of titles useful. Books ordered came quickly. However I felt that the classification of the the books I ordered as 'very good' was a bit optimistic.

I would have given it a 5. The books were in great shapes. My order got sent on 2 package. The first one got here on time but the second one for some reason took another 2 weeks to get here. Was afraid I wasnt going to receive them

I purchased 3 books and they were described as very good condition. However on delivery I would not describe the books as such and not up to WOB usual standard of "good or very good condition". The books were old, pages well turned, names and writing on the inside covers.

The books I ordered were new and delivery was quick. Just one thing though that there was no confirmation email and customer service was non existent. I filled in online form 3 times and still received no reply.
