One of the books was so damaged I can't open the pages they are stuck together as the other 2 books were fine it had to have been put in the parcel that way. One of the books arrived 5 days later, there was no note in either parcel so I didn't even know if it was coming or another mistake by the company

Nightmare!!!!!!!!! Paid $38.99 for a specialist artist planner and they send me a scruffy $2 children's book. Still not had a refund and having to chase every single day with no response. Awful customer service

I was sent the wrong book and I reported it and sent over all the information required, and I have found that the customer service is very slow. This Item was sent to a family member as a gift and imagine the wrong book being sent when your not expecting it at all! The book was ordered on 7th April and the original book has not even been sent since. Not Happy! Its ruin the surprise as my cousin is left with a book that she does not know what to do with!

I ordered 4 books and only received 2 of them. I am not good online and did message you but I had no response. I have deleted the details of missing books and know I received The Last Temptation by Val McDermid and The Girls Who Disappeared by Claire Douglas. I tried phoning but was unable to speak to anyone so have given up in disgust!!!!

I ordered a copy of Pilgrims Progress, in the photograph it was a hard backed maroon coloured copy, however this was not what I received. I received a paperback illustcover copy.

"Very Poor' grading descriptions"
Shocked by my latest purchase of 'The Wizard of Oz' Illustby Graham Rawle, described as being in 'Very Good Condition'. However, what arrived was far from that, having been shipped with no more than a thin plastic bag as packing, of course the corners were bashed and the pages torn from the binding. In addition several scribbled on and grubby pages with an overall worn appearance.Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from Wob again.
