"Not received my order after 2 weeks"

Not received my order and it's been over two weeks! When I tried to speak to the live chat it just gave me a tracking number with Royal Mail and told me to keep waiting. very unhelpful and annoyed at the delivery and customer service

"Very poor customer service"

I ordered, all in one order, 13 second hand books during the buy three ger one free offer.I couldn't get the PayPal invoice to reflect this so I notified World of Books and asked them to adjust the total or refund me the sum of $9.45 - the cost of the three cheapest books.I have masses of emails to and fro with the majority of their replies being stock answers and not relevant to the actual situation.My order was on 31st March and although I have received the books no sign of the refund for the overcharge! Not impressed.

Once again, I have selected 'very good condition' and have been sent ripped books and books with felt pen drawings all over. Not impressed at all. I completed after the first ripped book and heard nothing back and gave it another try and got 2 more books in awful condition

"Learning experience"

My first purchase from World of Books and I chose solely on the cover illustration to obtain the longer edition that I wanted. I received a later edition with different cover illustration, as it was a match in text to the one I had chosen.I have now learnt that I should check ISBNs and number of pages before purchase.

The condition of the book was not "very good", but "fair" and I would have looked for a different copy. Musty smelling. It shipped quickly.But the contents of the book is very interesting.

Very bad experience. They said buy 3bools one free but the free one wr cannot used. Was damaged. Don't buy again.
