"its been 5 days and the sites are still down."

These guys are really messed up all sites and its 5 days now have lost me substantial amount of money and my businesses are ruined. Calling anyone who has suffered this much to come forward so we can bring a claim against this company. free migration was used as an advert but they didnt say that the sites will be down for 6 days. its still not ready. No staff who take any responsibility or have any technical skills. I dont know where they are running this operation form They have ruined me

"I'm curious about the block on."

I'm curious about the block on Pixiz.io. Blocking the domain names of loyal customers without prior notice strikes me as unfair. Waiting for over 12 hours without any response only amplifies the frustration. This lack of communication doesn't reflect well on your professionalism.

"No Customer Support"

Someone stole my debit card information and used it on their site for some plan. Trying to simply get the money refunded to my account, I thought I would try to reach out to them and explain the situation. They have no phone support, so my only options were to create and pay for an account to "live chat" with a representative, or email. I chose to email their "customer support" email, thinking I would get a quick response, based on their own representations. It has been four business days and three follow up emails, and still no response. Each time I reiterate that this is a pressing issue, as the account that was stolen from does not have a lot of money in it and is from an incredibly tiny non-profit organization.Edit to add: vendor commented below, so I followed their instructions with Trust Pilot's guidance. No response on that front. Multiple follow up emails to the emails they provide for contact. Still nothing, three weeks later.

"Don't ever try to purchase a VPS plan."

Don't ever try to purchase a VPS plan from Hostinger.com; THEIR SERVERS ARE TERRIBLE. It has been more than a month since I joined them this year. I had a difficult time setting up my server because the IP they provided is blacklisted by one of the blacklisting organizations. I tried to transfer my VPS to get a new IP, but the new IP I received is also blacklisted by a different internet organization. I really don't know what is going wrong with Hostinger.com. I searched online to understand why something like this could happen, and it seems that it usually occurs when the IP provider company is not authentic. In short, don't waste your time with Hostinger.com; their service is terrible.The customer service is also bad. I tried to contact them to find a solution to this problem, but unfortunately, they said they would create a ticket for this issue and solve it within a few hours or days. However, it has been 3 days now, and I haven't received any updates from them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!If your work is really important to you, DON'T try to use HOSTINGER. They are UNRELIABLE.

"Expiration date not synced between dashboard and registrar"

On my dashboard the expiry date is listed as 12 March 2025, meanwhile I got a billing email which said my expiry date was 12 March 2024. I have asked for help from the staff from Hosting Indonesia to change the expiry date display on the dashboard so that I can bill my clients. as requested by my client, but it was said that it could not be done because the relevant team said that the expiry date could not be synced because it was integwith the registrar. as information the registrar used is also UAB Hostinger. Fix this issue and I will add more stars to your business.

"Clowns Without A Clue Or Conscience"

Great sales call unfortunately the reality was a joke!I wanted to migrate 3 websites which did not transfer well. Support (they really should change the name of that) was someone sending me a bunch of how to documents and wanting me to edit SQL databases etc. Im not completely stupid with I.T but I chose "Managed" service as no longer wanted to manage my own VPS server. Finally for someone to give some hands on help but 6 days later & still no feedback on migration. Personally Ive found Hostinger a complete waste of space and most definitely the support is not any kind of support just links to enable DIY help. One support person once pushed admitted they weren't skilled enough to do any database amendments ..like I was !30 day moneyback guarantee so using that and going somewhere with real support !!!!! Ignore the adverts and salesmen the reality is VERY different and they simply don't care.

"Queue for 4 days"

#53070: Websites - T2It has been almost 4 days since we addressed our issue. Unexpectedly (and not for the first time), our server has started sending requests from a different IP. Naturally, requests from a different IP do not receive responses (whitelist), and our store's customers do not receive their products. For nearly 4 days now, 2 of our most popular items have been listed as Out of stock. No one has been able to resolve our IP issue. Is this such a complex matter? We are incurring significant losses and losing customers. Your IT department has such a long queue! Why should our online store's reputation have to suffer because of this?

"This is a scam. Refusing to issue refund or fix the server issue."

I bought their VPS server on Jan 9. I signed up and logged in for the 1st time on Feb 24. After setting up the server, it is not accessible. Reached out to the support to fix this issue. I followed all their troubleshooting but the issue did not fix. So they informed they have raised a ticket to solve the issue. There is no way to track the status of this ticket. No reply or update regarding this issue to the email. When I reached out via chat again, they say they are still working on fixing the issue. There is no estimated date for the fix. So I asked for the refund but they say 30 days has passed. I told them I just signed up and logged in for the 1st time on Feb 24. I did not use their service at all. Either they should fix the issue or process a refund. Refusing to refund or fix the issue is a scam. Please avoid hostinger.
