I am giving a 1 star review in the hope that these reviews are read and maybe I will get contacted by Hostinger. Companies tend to be quick at responding when they receive negative reviews in an attempt to make you change your review. I am now on my third week of emailing to resolve an issue of accessing my account. The site boasts a 24/7 customer support that is not what I have received.

"Suspend VPS without helping to resolve issues."
Few months ago I bought VPS form Hostinger, because it offered incredibly good price for this service. But good things come at the price and after few days of starting VPS I got notification that my VPS is suspended. I contacted customer support and they informed me that there is virus in my VPS and that they will un suspend it if I will take actions. So I did I reinstalled the OS, added firewall blocks and installed antivirus, but few days later I still got Suspend. This went on for one more time and I got permanently suspended. Basically I did what I was informed to do, but it did not help. So they just ignore issues and return same responses every time I message them.

Avoid Hostinger at all costs! They're scamming people out of their money and providing zero service. They charge for things they don't even deliver, and their hosting is painfully slow compared to others on the market. Only consider Hostinger if you're actively seeking a sluggish/bad hosting experience.Reply: I chased hostinger support for more than 3 weeks and they didnt able to resolve any of the 4 issues, wasted time, money and I lost clients. How the hell you can make resolve it now and solve this?

Not able to edit info already on my website and running into another issue with videos. Can't just make it less complicated. Look up how to add videos and see if you want to deal with that. They send you a book to not help and waist my time and money. 20 years and never an issue until I chose this site! So looking else where and I want my money back!Look else where if you wish not to waist your time and money! None of their advice works ever!!!

The quantity of 5-star reviews have to be fake reviews. I spent five years hosting websites with Namehero --- and during that time not a single malware incident occurred on any of hte 60 different websites. to save money I chose to move ~ 25 of the sites to Hostinger and wallah... within about a month ALL 25 are hacked into and infected with malware. Can you believe that Hostinger designed their accounts so that if a hacker gets into one of your websites, it then becomes easy for them to get into ALL OF THEM. Run far, far away from Hostinger while you still can. I'm going on two weeks and I'm getting ignored, email after email after email. I'm stuck with no less than about 50 hours of clean up work and then migrating all the sites away from Hostinger, and losing all I spent Hostinger. The worst nightmare you can imagine!They've got me where they want me and want to charge a significant sum to clean up each site. Huge conflict of interest. If they wanted they could generate revenue whenever they wanted by infecting sites on their servers then fixing them for a price. Brilliant.Now RUN!!!!!!!!!

ENFURIATED with Hostinger's customer service! My domain, fftoolsapk.pro, has been ILLEGALLY suspended for 18 DAYS without a single VALID EXPLANATION. This SHAMEFUL act has crippled my business, leaving my website in the DIGITAL GRAVEYARD.For 18 agonizing days, I have contacted AT LEAST 20 CUSTOMER AGENTS and I have sent dozen of emails to Hostinger support with inquiries. All we get are PATHETIC COPY-PASTE RESPONSES about a so-called "dedicated team" working on the issue. LIARS! There's no dedicated team, just a BROKEN RECORD spewing out empty promises.EIGHTEEN DAYS! A new company could be built in that time! Yet Hostinger can't resolve a simple issue? INCOMPETENCE at its finest!ICANN has clear regulations regarding domain suspensions. Hostinger's actions reek of a FLAGRANT VIOLATION. The negative impact on my business, and countless others, is UNACCEPTABLE.Here's the truth, Hostinger: You prioritize DAMAGE CONTROL over customer satisfaction. Your social media manager will likely respond with BLAND ASSURANCES about security and resolution and say "we closely monitor all cases and our dedicated team is investigating". DON'T BOTHER! "I bought hosting from Hostinger.com and."
I bought hosting from Hostinger.com and paid for a 2 years term. I was never able to login, on my request about that problem they told me from Hostinger support to login through the Social sites but, this was impossible because I couldn't shape a password and they wouldn't help! This is already 3 months ago where they hold my domain name ourstarearth.com and provide no help. They did send me emails to fill up in order to login and I did it but they changed their mind demanding new documents and additional login bureaucracy which one I refuse to go with, because it does not mirror the facts. Hostinger.com is a bunch of thieves and liars working for anyone who likes or do not like your domain name and pays them to steal it from you. Have no met a garbage site on my life worst than Hostinger.com a ridiculous bunch of thieves.

I wanted to share my recent experience as a new client, and unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing.I recently purchased a KVM2 server for one month and a KVM8 server for two years. However, when I approached the support operators for assistance, I was met with a lack of willingness to help. They informed me that there was no available space for my servers, which left me perplexed.To add to the confusion, their suggested solution was to upgrade my KVM2 server at double the initial cost, despite my existing commitment for two years. This not only contradicts the purpose of purchasing a longer-term plan but also feels like a questionable business practice.I must say, this experience is a stark contrast to the level of service I have come to expect from other providers. It's disheartening to feel overlooked and unsupported after making a commitment to a two-year plan.I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement. A clear and transparent communication process, as well as a more customer-centric approach, would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.Goodluck to the future Hosters. However i will not be recommending this company.They removed my last review.Unacceptable customer service.
