I will recommend not to go with this cheap, sh%t#y hosting company, worse customer support, expensive plans compares to other, server speed is extra slow compared to other hosting providers.Even you have the services in your cPanel/hPanel, you cant use it and if you complain to the customer support, they ask you to wait and no response and no solution.In short, if you want to waste your money go for it, otherwise choose some other good hosting company.

very bad .very bad. i wait more then 30 hours , and now still nothing .update: i send message at 26-feb. and now still nothing. i have also send a acount datails via link , now it is about 11 hours , i still get nothing . I live in europe.update: They send me some one message , after i answer it , i take more then 19 hours ,and until now i get nothing . 29-feb.

The hostinger site says 24/7 response. I messaged in an issue. They email back there is a 2 day waiting period. I logged into chat on the site, I was unaware that "someone will respond shortly" is an hours long process. I guess the 24/7 doesn't include Friday evening or Saturday morning. If the Customer Support Team only works Monday to Friday with hours of 8 am to 5 pm it would be nice to post that instead of 24/7 support.

Be very very careful! I registered a name months ago, paid and was building the website backend for a massive client. The contact details were not added to the domain yet as it was going to be changed to the client. Next thing i knew i logged in and tried to upload the website and kept getting an error. The domain showed in my account on Hostinger as it had been purchased months ago so i thought they were having some issue. I have over 20 domains registered on this account. I tried agin and and again and kept getting an error. After finally speaking to an agent they said someone else took the domain and registered it around a month after i have purchased it! How is this even possible! I have it in my account under Domains, I have proof of payment! This is a HUGE red flag and i would really consider ever using their services. They probably have some backend deal to steal domains of big clients. Im actually shocked! Be warned you can loose your domains!
