Great, both of bot chat and custumer service chat are helpful. This is my first experience using hostinger platform. I'm doing bad when claim my first domain with extension ac.id. Indeed I'm facing a problem to fulfill the requirement document. After I am looking for information to the other user who facing the same problem, i found information like this in bahasa "Domain yang dibeli atau domain gratis dari pembelian paket hosting dapat diubah apabila:*Domain belum diaktifkan (Anda bisa melihat keterangan pending setup di Halaman Utama hPanel)*Domain aktif dan dapat dikembalikan sesuai Kebijakan Pengembalian Uang".After that I try to chat the AI bot chat. suprisingly the bot chat give the solution. Then I continue discuss to the costumer service. Finally she help to solve my issue cause i'm doing bad :).thanks a lot kak wiwit :)
