"Hosting plan not working and not true service"

Register for a professional hosting package. Set up the website in one day. But three days later the website was taken off, deactivated, and the system auto cancelled my hosting plan. They already charged my credit card. The email of refund was sent to our email address, but we did not receive refund. Support team of Hostinger did not even reply once or even provide response to our case.

I don't often encounter issues with my services at Hostinger but when I do, their support team is great!Through the live chat, they are always in constant communication about what they're doing to fix an issue. They are usually able to identify problems quickly and resolve them.Great service!

Avoid at all cost, you can find a different provider for a better price!Don't use if you want to experience hidden limits, such as the CPU limit on VPS servers. Whenever you try to remove the limit with the button, the disclaimer tells you that you're able to do it once a day. HOWEVER, what they don't tell you is that there's a weekly cap on it, which the customer support agents don't even know. The weekly cap is NOT mentioned in the disclaimer when removing a limitation.

I have bought .uk domain it was show the cost is 0.99 per YEARit says per year, after i paid and transfer my domain from my old register . They just told me no this for transfer fees even though their transfer page clearly tells it's per yearThey refused to refund me or extend the domain as the agreement.

I signed up with Hostinger, and on my first day, I had a problem with hosting, that was pretty tricky to diagnose (Looked like caching issue, but a CDN setting was corrupting my hosted game's graphics) - Karin and Fauzan from support got back to me quickly, and resolved not only that issue, but another FTP mis-match query I had, plus were friendly and patient...Have to say, Hostinger's support and staff seem GREAT so far, I'm a happy customer! - well done... ?
