"Hostinger charged me a $115 for what I."

Hostinger charged me a $115 for what I was supposed to be charge $40 guess what no refund because it's passed 30 days and they didn't even send me a reminder like most other companies because they prey on people's forgetfullness seriously not worth the money

Been using Hostinger for a little while now and Im more than pleased with it. Great servers and great customer service. I had the pleasure of chatting to Hayu and she was beyond helpful. Truly recommend Hostinger for those who seek reliability & quality.

"I don't like Hostinger cheating via Topcashback"

I don't like how Hostinger doing business.You can see up to today, 5 Jan 2024, there is still cashback offer on Topcashback.I purchased a plan via Topcashback, and the cashback did not show up. Then I raised a claim after 7 days as it is a mandate of Topcashback.Hostinger did not respond, until after 30 days I made the purchase, and rejected the cashback, and I am not able to get refund because it passed 30 days period. I did not configure the site and did not use any services yet. Seems to me they purposely reply after 30 days.Shame on how they cheat people using the cashback offer, and it still active on Topcashback.

i contacted the support and they lied now i am stuck : Vous aurez 50GB a partager entre touts les emails ? this is his answer when i asked if i can share the 50GB for business email on differents accounts, i bought it and it's not the case now i am stuck with the client and i made him waste time and money, i never had a problem with hostinger but when i came to ask the support for help, they put me in a very bad situation with the client ! this is unfair and i am client for years with different clients and this never happened, the support name is Tarek

"Had my site set to auto-renewal"

Had my site set to auto-renewal, but didn't recall that I even had the site as it was a project that never left the ground. It had been less than 24 hours and they would not issue a refund. Not happy. They basically fleeced me for $59.32 for something I have no intention of using or needing. They then wanted me to fill out all kinds of ridiculous paperwork to sell my domain name on another site.Yes, I was in the wrong, but setting everything to auto-renewal shouldn't be allowed. I was unaware of that and they would not assist. I feel duped.I won't be using this service ever again. I do not recommend. After years of using this service and its sister service, I am bitterly disappointed.
