If you crave really terrible customer service than Hostinger are hard to beat.Migover from Siteground, and two days in and already regretting the decision.Had issues with migrating a Wordpress based site, that expired at Siteground during migration. Asked Hostinger beforehand what files were needed, and if the cut-off date would affect, was assured they would not.Lo and behold they have not ported the site over and now Ive lost access to the Siteground file area. Hostinger insisting its not their fault and not helping recover files. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I haven't used it for very long and it isnt the plan with all the bells and whistles but it definitely works. Nice to have the quick cms installer. Next time I may upgrade to the daily backups and a staging site so I can safely and comfortably add plugins to WP or modules to Drupal without taking down the whole site if something goes wrong.

"Detect payment without permission"
They just got detect 40k from my account it's almost 140$ but even I say to customer service please remove my payment method I did not want to renew any plan. And there is no plan on auto renewal. When I ask refund they says they detect 115$. And other payment are detect for tax it's not refundable. They detect my money without my permission and I says to them remove my payment method I did not want to renew my package it's worst serve I face in my life

"Hostinger Scams"
I've been a customer of Hostinger for years.When I upgrade to a high subscription, everything is free to do even for the website migrations.Until this year, I experienced difficulties financially which I had to downgrade to a lower subscription plan.Then I need to migrate from an existing hosting plan to another Hosting Plan, and it's within Hostinger company. So I don't know how to do.Then after speaking to 3 support staff at Hostinger, introducing 2 methods a paid $50 per website migration (I'm already an existing customer) or I can do it manually without pay.But personally, I found an option to Request Migration for Free within Hostinger but they have never been mentioned after I tried to speak to 3 support staff. All of them are recommend paid $50 per website migration or do it myself.Unfortunately at the end, I accidentally deleted my 5 years old website (Total lost).I also don't want to give this hosting company a 1-star review, but it's painful to lose a 5-year old website ranking number 1 on Google.

Hostinger is a terrible platform that offers incredibly poor hosting at exorbitant prices.I purchased a one-year VPS plan. It's suspended after one and a half months. I've made multiple attempts to get it open, but they always ask for renewal, which means I have to pay this extremely inexpensive standby company again. Thus, #DeclineToHostinger For the best hosting, use other businesses or locate a local host in your own city.

Avoid at all cost, you can find a different provider for a better price!Don't use if you want to experience hidden limits, such as the CPU limit on VPS servers. Whenever you try to remove the limit with the button, the disclaimer tells you that you're able to do it once a day. HOWEVER, what they don't tell you is that there's a weekly cap on it, which the customer support agents don't even know. The weekly cap is NOT mentioned in the disclaimer when removing a limitation.
