I bought hosting for learning issue and they consider my simple pages are spam and they suspended my hosting plan without any tangible reason!!

Worst customer service. Never ever avail this service else you will regret later. their customer support is so worst. i have waited around 1 hour and still waiting while writing this review. i have also tried 3 more platforms and even the smaller companies have the best customer support (not going to mention their name) and also one of them the top company and they also respond even before i blink my eye.

It's my third time in a row (while adding this review)I am waiting from last 1 hour and 30 mins, no one is trying to even respond to my conversation or resolve my issue.not recommended, since customer support is everything in a business or service.

Setting the account was easy. Navigating the email website was frustrating. I sent myself an email and could not find my email dashboard. It took me an hour to try and figure out how to manage the email. After an hour I got annoyed and gave up cancel my account to find another site was easier.

Dear All,months ago i bought a 4 years Hostinger plan for my website.From the first moment I told the guys that my intention was trying the plan and if is was not enough i would upgrade it. they told me i could upgrade and they would prorate what i had already paid.Now i want to upgrade the plan and they are asking me more money than if i buy it from scratch. After being promised refund for November and December I am still waiting and now it is April So, now I have full put it the my attorneys hands.

Everyone of my blog posts indicate that there are no text but there is. Every one of my blog description has text however when I check on your interface, it is indicated that there is nothing in the description field. Every page [ not blog posts ] are fine. When I requested for someone to assist me, I received a robo answer with options to conduct as well as the representative not even reading my messages. I was asked to wait a few days because things might get fixed. I already waited more than a few days. My site is now on the last pages of Google. I have not heard back from anyone on this issues as of today.
