"Avoid at All Costs"

My experience with Hostinger has been a complete disaster. All my emails are consistently marked as spam, and despite reaching out to their support team five times, the issue persists after five days. The support team's responses are filled with delays and excuses, showcasing their utter incompetence.I strongly advise against choosing Hostinger for your domain and hosting needs. Their terrible support team and inability to address critical issues make them a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable hosting provider.Now my issue is still there! even after wasting 5 days with support. they were just making lame excuses.

Absolute trash company, no customer service, everything is failing including my business because people cant FIND ME!!!

"Do not use this for SMTP service"

They have policy for outgoing SMTP connection for port 25 as 5 emails per minute. I moved my email server in January and it was fine during two months. All over sudden I got a lot of "connection timeout" messages with outgoing sending. I contact "Customer support" multiple times. What I receive as reply - "Question that you stated is out of my support range and I can point you to our tutorials". Any request about refund because of this issue finished on - "30 days refund police". Sounds like a fraud for me.

"Very bad ?"

Very bad ?I have paid for a domain my payment is released but not get any domain. When i ask for refund or for a new domain thay said sorry we can not help you..... I want my payment back.

No ip support for just setting up a temporary non-public domain with the hosting service, You have to pay for extra VPS service. Not accessible enough, enforcing their own system on to the user. Not a flexible option imo.

Was very dissatisfied with learning that I couldn't renew my plan at 6 months period any more. Could you enable it again?

Why was Pixiz.io blocked without any prior notice to your legitimate customers? It's been over 12 hours without a response, which seems unprofessional.

"Avoid Hostinger if you are a business."

We subscribed to Hostinger business account. We have an automated reporting system for our hotel that sends an email out every two hours to only three addresses. Hostinger antispamming constantly blocks this email which is fundamental to running our business. Months and months of back and forth to Hostinger has failed to solve this problem as they simply don't have the facility to whitelist the sending of emails to three given addresses. So basically if you have any distribution list of repeat content you can't use Hostinger. Forget newsletters! So what's the point of business account? Months and months of dialogue with Hostinger failed to solve this problem!

Absolute trash hosting company. Very disappointed with them and the amount of money I've spent over the years.. they are definitely one of the greasier providers as they lock your site when domains expire and make it super hard to get them going again, the redemption fees are disgusting as well.

"Good price Terrible Service"

Paid for two years of premium web hosting with these guys. Secured my account with an Authenticator app and my phone was stolen. I never was able to regain access. Hostinger support was terrible. Subscription still active now built they won't help me recover the account. Watch they'll probably come post some cop out like "hi we are unable to locate your account."
