"Hostinger is a scam"

Hostinger is a scam. They offer hosting for 100 websites on their plans yet they don't disclose to you the I/O is 1024KB/s on their plans. How can you host 100 websites with 1024KB/s I/O? Not transparent enough. Also, their hosting has severe downtimes, not seconds, minutes, or hours of downtime. They have downtime in days. I always have to check if my websites are online or off because my clients have reported on several occasions their websites are offline.

Hostinger only has 2 payment gateways, PayPal or Stripe which is not good, You cannot add a manual payment gateway link.

"Waiting more than 38 minutes for."

Waiting more than 44 minutes for customer service. I'm still waiting. They are very very sloooow with support.I'm already regretting making the transfer to Hostinger. First you get a chatbot and then they are planning to refer you to a human and that never comes ... Update - finally waiting after 44 minutes I got support.

its worst service provider, all promotions and marketing are gimmicks, misleading, server resources are limited and hpanel hangs, doesn't even shows websites hosted on their servers.. i don't recommend hostinger

"Garbage Server all time"

Garbage Server all time, I have an 2 cloud hosting from hostinger, My servers are down 1-2 hours every week some time in a day. I Spend Big amount for buy good server, but i am Un happy, Fraud Company Hostinger.

"Very stressful day with Hostinger"

I've recently purchased a higher plan from Hostinger and faced very bad customer support from the support team. We chose the plan for many reasons, and mainly, I see the free migration they mentioned in the plan.Based on that, I requested migration support from the team, and finally, they rejected my request and said they will support users who want to transfer the hosting from another hosting provider only.However, it is transferring from one hosting to another hosting. Thus, they rejected my request and informed me they would send tutorials to migrate it. Hence, migrating a website from Hostinger to Hostinger is more difficult than from another hosting. But they are ready to serve by getting additional dollars from us.Then I tried it and struck and again sought their support seriously. Because I backed up everything and deleted the website from the previous one(since it is a live site), they rejected the request again.The important thing I noticed and feel very bad about Hostinger is they are ready to help in migration by "paying some dollars dollars again" to them. I felt very bad that they treat users as ATM machine. I'm very much stressed in this situation because the live site has been deleted, and I'm not getting support to set it up ASAP.Finally, after one day only, I got help from my friend, and he fixed it in just 2 minutes.A brand can only grow only with customer satisfaction and fulfillment. Take Amazon as an example, it is a trillion-dollar company spread everywhere and succeeds only through customer satisfaction. Amazon spread everywhere, mostly by word of mouth, and just retaining it by advertisement or promotion.Instead of spending your money on advertisement everywhere, spend that money in customer support because most people who purchase hosting are not from technical background. If you provide complete support to your users, Hostinger platform will grow automatically without any advertisement cost.

"Great customer service ONCE YOU CAN FIND IT."

After a very frustrating hour of trying to get to actually talk to a human, Maria answered my questions, assuring me that all will work out smoothly. The website is not very helpful when trying to get to a human. Only when clicking around in the detailed FAQ, the chat finally worked rather than just going to the help system. Very frustrating to say the least. If the website was easier to find that information, the question could have been answered much sooner and more efficiently. Maria did a great job.

"Just awful! Absolutely awful!"

Tried to transfer a domain to them and after 3 weeks it still hasn't happened and Hostinger still don't seem to know why. The tech support is just awful! I must have chatted to about 15 people, and pretty much had to start the process again every time. Even cancelling our subscription was awful. Apparently we can't have a refund because our original payment was 28 days ago and you only get a refund if it's less than 30 days! It's just awful. Truly awful.

Be warned! They will steal your money!I went to Hostinger to buy a domain... let's call it VERY similar to "monkeyshirt dotcom". AFTER they took my money, $21.34 to be exact, they sent me an email that said:---------- Your domain "monkeyshirt dotcom" has been canceled Your domain "monkeyshirt dotcom" has been canceled due to the following reason: abuseIf you consider this to be a mistake, please reply to this email.----------They didn't reply to my email, and kept my money.I'm more concerned with them hiring someone that thinks "monkeyshirt dotcom" is abuse, but I'm also pretty mad at them stealing from me too.EDIT:1 hour after this review was posted, I couldn't ping my site, access my site, and my website itself was down. I have to rebuild it. Unfortunately I paid for 2 years upfront in December but it might be worth eating the cost to go somewhere less retalitory. EDIT 2 re:reply from Hostinger.I didn't lose my domain due to abuse. You took my money and then didn't give my my domain. "Abuse" was your excuse. It is pretty hard to abuse a domain you never received.What I REALLY want is my site back up and running.EDIT 3 I just want everyone to know the suspicious domain I bought:lizardpants.comNow, you might be asking yourself how I came up with such a nefarious domain name. You see, I personally couldn't have come up with something like this. But Hostinger has a system where they have an AI that helps you pick a name. So I gave it some prompts and Hostinger's very own AI gave me that name. Honestly, I don't think I would have ever come up with something so demonic on my own.So to recap... I went to Hostinger's web site and bought a domain name they gave me. Before I received it, less than a few hours after I bought it, they sent me an email saying:----------Your domain lizardpants.com has been canceled Your domain lizardpants.com has been canceled due to the following reason: abuseIf you consider this to be a mistake, please reply to this email.----------Then they kept my money and still have not answered the email I sent, (though I have gotten emails now thanks to this review).So to recap, I posted a review here about it and an hour later by business website, completely unrelated to the diabolical domain name lizardpants.com, was down, I can't ssh into my VPS, I couldn't ping my VPS, and my site won't restore from backups both of which were taken at a time I know for sure my website was running. Maybe it's just a huge coincidence brought about by the same sinister arch-fiend... perhaps Beelzebub himself, that gave me the Mephistophelian domain name lizardpants.com, but I'd still consider what happened to my business's website before doing business with Hostinger.By the way... after getting the above email , I went to dynu.com and bought lizardpants.com. I had full access to my domain name from them before paypal could send me an email about the transaction.
