3 days after made SOFORT payment still Business Webhosting not activated. Support doesn't want to make a solution in Bangladesh. Was probably the 1st April JOKE of Hostingerdidnt return the money and didnt activate the service. Canceled all domain abos directly. and will move to other provider.

I am a web designer, I purchased many hosting from this company for my own account and I opened the accounts for my customers.I wanted to transfer a hosting package in my account to another hostinger.com user.So I want to change only the administrator of one hosting account.They said such a thing is not possibleAs a solution,They asked me to close my hosting package which I purchased for 4 years, + buy a new hosting account and + charge 50usd to move hosting.

I've been experiencing website downtime for the past two days, and this is actually the third time it's happened. What's surprising is that Hostinger is taking this action without giving any prior notice. This is concerning because I may end up losing my databases, which could have a huge impact on my team.

Painfull process to find anything relevant on your own hosting. Every normal acces seems to be a process to get it to work. Paid Cpanels etc. All paid features but 0 assistence. The helpdesk sends me some links to sort it out myself in Thai language.I just want my FTP acces, this should not be such complicated process ? That is the standard at every server provider. Why not here ?

very poor quality hosting service both in the way of servers which are very glitchy and support. Where its AI / bot based and of no help. You get a server, where your left to install and set it up yourself with untold glitches and errors and only AI support. Its not a business like they used to be where setup would be instant with no glitches and you had ticket support run by human beings. AI isnt as great as its made out to be when replacing a service. I see people taking advantage of it like Hostinger have and I can see their sales & ratings on TrustPilot going down. It was impossible to set up re dns errors and upgrading panel it updated but refreshing it didnt show latest version, setting up using basic wizard gave dna (404) errors when pointing domain was done right, propagation Im told takes 24-48 hours yet Ive had it done almost instant in the past. You get what you pay for with Hostinger, Cheap service and support. The only thing they have done efficiently is issue a refund! I do NOT recommend them at all for their vps hosting service. It seems they are getting a fair number one one star reviews or 5 star reviews. Honestly, Id believe the one star reviews, go read them and see what the one star reviews are warning you about.Update: I am asked to prove this is genuine. I gave the account details, then see hostinger claims it still cannot find me. Surely giving the email I used for the account would be sufficient. I can also provide refund transaction details if necessary as well. Yet another reason not to use them!Update 2: 11 days and still waiting for my refunds totalling $USD135 They said it takes 10-15 days. Its been 11. They tell me to ask my bank, I ask my bank who says they have NO records of any refunds incoming and if they did, they would have processed it...so back to asking Hostinger WHY its not been done. yet another reason NOT to use them
