"STUPID Outgoing Mail Delivery Lottery NIGHTMARE"

On my account, Hostinger uses a 3rd party called MailChannels to read and spy on your outgoing email. If mailchannels don't like it, they stop it from being sent. This made delivering mail TO MY OWN MAILBOXES, from my OWN WEBSITE ENQUIRY FORMS, VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE.Hostinger KNOW, this system often delivers FALSE POSITIVES, but they REFUSE to do anything about it. I have spent so much time on their stupid chat client. I have wasted HOURS. They have made my life a misery.Rwanda would be too good for Hostinger staff. I would like to see all the people at Hostinger who advocate for the use of MailChannels sent ONE WAY to the GAZA STRIP with their CHILDREN WITH THEM. I DESPISE THEM DEEPLY. THEY ARE EVIL.

"Can't login to WHM for over a week now"

I have a reseller account with over 60 client websites at Hosting24, a daughter of Hostinger. I also have a Cloud Professional Hosting account with Hostinger. Recently, they consolidated the logins for both. So, when logging into Hosting24 you get redirected to Hostinger. Once logged in, you only get to the hpanel of Hostinger, but there is no way to reach Hosting24's WHM. So, ever since, I have not been able to log into WHM on Hosting24. Customer service keeps apolgising but they have not found a solution to this, yet, even after one week, Only today, after a myriad of complaints through their chat, have they found it appropriate to escalate this to 'high priority'. Meanwhile, I cannot service existing clients (who are mega mad and threating me with legal action), nor acquire new ones, fix websites nor add emails etc for my clients. My business is on the brink of collapse and so is my health... My request of today to escalate this to a manager was denied saying 'they don't work on weekends'...

"Zero professionalism from Hosting"

What's the reason for the block on Pixiz.io? Blocking the domain names of loyal customers without prior notice seems unfair. Waiting over 12 hours without any response only adds to the frustration. This lack of communication reflects poorly on your professionalism.

"Zero Star Worthy"

I would give this company zero-stars if possible. I requested to be changed to monthly billing and due to a system error they cancelled my account. No notice was given and I assumed this was an error which they confirmed their system mistakenly processed it. No help from agent Lisa or Ambriel. They are refusing to restore the site and it is extremely upsettingIf you want a terrible experience, choose this company.

"I am so fed up with Hostinger"

I am so fed up with Hostinger! Today i ordered a domain and said Route not Found after purchasing. Tried 3 times and got charged all 3 times to my bank. I have a domain that i registered and was taken away from me by another buyer even though i have proof of purchase, 2 months later the domain was registered by someone else which is rediculous.I also have another domain that is expiring and i payed via their Coinsgate system and took 5 days to go through but never renewed.I have all the proof of tx for Coinsgate, history of my bank being charged 3 times and never received the 1 domain and domains even showing on my account even though they have been registered by someone else now. Such a joke, i am going to keep posting until this is sorted out.Now their live chat does not work so you cannot even get in touch. Either this or they have blocked me from accessing the chat.Great support!

"Lacking support - took payment and lost my domain"

My domain was due to expire 18th of March. I paid renewal 20th Feb. Hostinger did not renew the domain. It is now 5 days later and Hostinger are not helpful, they keep telling me to be patient although my business is suffering. My clients can not contact me, new clients cannot find me. What am I to do? Thanks for responding Hostinger - but this is your issue. Also you keep telling me you will update me via email - however my emails don't work, thanks to you. An entire week now with my business affected when I paid you 1 month in advance.

"I always seem to have issues with."

I always seem to have issues with support. Let me start off with I have VPS cloud hosting and have 2 websites on their hosting plan. Myself and 2 other developers have had issues uploading a WordPress theme. I was told to click on Website and it will take me to upload a theme, but it takes me to buy-hosting. It's been over 30 minutes and I am now still on hold. I finally did have tech support, but their support links were without step-by-step guidance. Their service is terrible, but still better than Hostgator products and runaround.

"DO NOT EVER USE HOSTINGER"

DO NOT EVER USE HOSTINGERThey suspended our domain name for literally no reason (supposedly"phishing" even though we don't ask for information) and with no notice or whatsoeverWe lost over a thousand dollars worth of customers.So what did we do? We bought another domain name with another registrar, but Hostinger is blocking us from redirecting our stolen domain name to the new one.Oh, I almost forgot. After arguing over email, they closed the discussion by telling us to rate them on Trustpilot and just suspended our account.They are liars and thieves. Do not make the same mistake we did, just move to another registrar.

"Entire website dissapeared despite backups"

I had used Hostgator for five years, then on Feb 9, 2024, I moved to Hostinger on their Web Business plan. I received a new client and started building a website on Friday, March 2, using Hostinger's website builder. I worked on it basically every day, taking the site Live. The site included e-commerce, and I spent a lot of time adding the customer's products, descriptions, pictures, and configuring prices to their online store. The site wasn't finished, but the customer was happy with the site's look so far. Then on Wed, March 6, I checked the site on my phone at work at 11 am, showing it to a friend. When I got home to begin working on the blog section, a quick glance at the web address, and, to my surprise, it stated, "page not found'". Logging into the site to try to edit it, and I discovered that the entire site was gone. Everything except for the domain name, and I was starting from scratch. I was absolutely devastated, but no worries, this is what backups are for right? This is what is on Hostinger's site for backups "we provide weekly backups for all of our hosting plans, as well as daily backups for Web Business and greater hosting plans! Daily backups are created and stored for the last 7 days. After that time, they are automatically deleted. Manual deletion of these backups is not supported." But guess what? Even the backups were gone! In contacting tech support, a tech tried to restore the site. It was close, but the entire e-commerce area was gone, and there was not even a single picture in the media folder. Even the logo and favicon were gone. They stated that my situation would be given the highest priority. Crickets. Of course, this happened on the last day of my 30-day money-back return. I was thinking of foregoing their Website Builder and installing WordPress, but what if the site disappears again?
