"Unable to access my website after Hostingers fckp"

1. Hostinger informed me that they will be migrating server2. 2 days after migration I noticed I don't have access SSH or FTP even after SSH restart, website is not reflecting changes in database, emails are not working3. Support confirmed my problem and created a ticket4. After 2 days of urging, I got response that "SSH was turned off" and that everything is workingRESULT after 5 days of Hostingers fckp: - Unable to access my code by any means- Unable to access my live database- System emails are not working- We can't work and the fckp costs us clients and moneyThe situation has NOT BEEN RESOLVED 7 days now

"Hostinger & Titan guys are sneaky"

Hostinger & Titan guys are sneaky. I felt as if i am held hostage to paying up or else i am stuck. I signed up with them for a 4 year hosting plan. I had an email service which apparently is free (nothing is free). They no where advertised that there is an hourly limit of 50 emails i.e. i cannot send more then 50 emails in an hour. When i confronted them about this they asked me to upgrade. (The support rep also acknowledged that they don't advertise the limitations!!!!!) Their sneakiness continues as once again in their email upgrade plans they don't clearly state the email per hour limitations. I find this an important thing to highlight. An unsuspecting customer will end up signing only to realize that they will not have to pay more. Thoroughly disappointed. Bluehost was way much better for me when it came to their email service as i did not have such an issue.

Horrible experience, every guide was outdated and the whole website was annoying, inconvenient, and confusing, If you went to this site because they were cheaper than others then don't waste your time its worth it to go for a more well-known and even expensive site. While using this I questioned if this was a scam and I'm honestly still not sure if its not a scam. Site is not well known so I couldn't look up all the issues I had. Not worth it. Don't waste your money. The only good thing out of this is that they give refunds so I can get my money back at least but I will never get the time I spent trying to figure out their horrible site.

They detect payment from my account without any of my permission I says to them I did not want to renew any plan. And the customer service was so rude whatever you says to them they are not agree with it. They are highly unprofessional. It's not trusted platform I did not know how trustpilot showing so much good reviews I think they are paid review but it's all the end hostinger not good service provider

TERRIBLE. Middle of the day the server is down with all the sites for backup of hours.... 5 hours. Can't restart the server. No technical team to help. They are at home in Europe.Tech support is a joke. AVOID.

Situation is the next. My domain was blocked for 4 months, after that i was waiting for a reply from customer support around 6 days and they told me that my address was incorrect. I payed around 90 EUR for redemption period, because Hostinger Team did not uploaded to Denic my new address in time. I payed this amount because DENIC want to delete my domain without correct address. After that i received back my Domain. For 10 Days the same domain was deactiveted. I asked Support Team about of reason of that, and they allready 10 days cannot answer me on this question. The main thing there was no Site on this domain , and it was not active. however previously i spoke with denic and sent them confirmation of my new address. Support is very bad and slow.
