"Great features, awesome support"
After extensive research, I decided to host my production website on hostinger. Since it had been hacked before, my major focus was protecting it with a firewall. And that's included in hostinger's plan without any extra cost. But they have more great features: their website builder is very powerful and very easy to use, rather self-explanatory and intuitive.When I ran into a small issue anyway, their support was outstanding. I used their live chat and also email support. In both cases, they answered very fast and were eager to answer all my questions and solve the issue.I therefore give them five stars with pleasure and highly recommend them.

"Hostinger lost all my emails."
Two weeks after joining Hostinger, every IMAP email, folder and filter vanished into thin air without a trace. But instead of taking responsibility, Hostinger keeps trying to blame Outlook when in fact I have Gmail and Hotmail in my Outlook and also in Aqua Mail and guess what? Those emails are still in tact and have never been deleted after all these years. Hundreds of emails dating back a few years that I moved over from another hosting company are gone. Pathetic!!

"NO REFUND AS PROMISED"
Their internet ad clearly states there is 30-day a money-back guarantee period. As soon as I foolishly tried-out this Hostinger site, I quickly realized that, for me, there was no easy way for me set up my website from what I found out in my initial efforts-AND consequently, within minutes, immediately requested a refund. Now, today I was finally advised by Hostinger that they will NOT refund my expense as promised; but to give me some type of BS-credit towards more of their products. This IS NOT a money back refund situation folks! I feel as though I have been duped!
