We bought another domain name with another registrar, but Hostinger is blocking us from redirecting our stolen domain name to the new one.Oh, I almost forgot. After arguing over email, they closed the discussion by telling us to rate them on Trustpilot and just suspended our account.They are liars and thieves. Do not make the same mistake we did, just move to another registrar.

This unexpected suspension has left my website unavailable, causing significant disruption to my business.Throughout this ordeal, my dedicated team has consistently contacted Hostinger's customer support for updates. However, our efforts have been met with disappointment. We've received nothing more than generic responses and a complete lack of transparency regarding the reason for the suspension or a timeline for resolution.After the initial contact, it seems our messages have been ignored. Eighteen days later, a new agent appeared with the same generic response about an investigation being underway. This lack of communication and disregard for our concerns is simply unacceptable.ICANN has strict regulations regarding domain suspensions, and Hostinger's actions seem to be a violation of these guidelines. I'm deeply concerned about the negative impact this has had on my business.This experience has led me to believe that Hostinger prioritizes negative publicity control over customer satisfaction. Their social media manager might respond with generic reassurances about security and a swift resolution, but based on my experience, these seem like empty promises.I urge anyone considering Hostinger to look elsewhere.
