Their exemplary Support team stands out for their availability and eagerness to assist with any issue. Recently, I encountered a DNS setup problem and reached out to customer care. Unlike other services that often redirect to blogs or resources, this team went above and beyond by resolving the issue directly. Though it took a couple of hours of continuous communication, the outcome left me thoroughly impressed with their dedication and the overall quality of their services.

"DO NOT EVER USE HOSTINGER"

DO NOT EVER USE HOSTINGERThey suspended our domain name for literally no reason (supposedly"phishing" even though we don't ask for information) and with no notice or whatsoeverWe lost over a thousand dollars worth of customers.So what did we do? We bought another domain name with another registrar, but Hostinger is blocking us from redirecting our stolen domain name to the new one.Oh, I almost forgot. After arguing over email, they closed the discussion by telling us to rate them on Trustpilot and just suspended our account.They are liars and thieves. Do not make the same mistake we did, just move to another registrar.

"I'm writing to express my extreme."

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Hostinger's customer service. My domain, fftoolsapk.pro, was suspended 18 days ago without any prior warning or explanation. This unexpected suspension has left my website unavailable, causing significant disruption to my business.Throughout this ordeal, my dedicated team has consistently contacted Hostinger's customer support for updates. However, our efforts have been met with disappointment. We've received nothing more than generic responses and a complete lack of transparency regarding the reason for the suspension or a timeline for resolution.After the initial contact, it seems our messages have been ignored. Eighteen days later, a new agent appeared with the same generic response about an investigation being underway. This lack of communication and disregard for our concerns is simply unacceptable.ICANN has strict regulations regarding domain suspensions, and Hostinger's actions seem to be a violation of these guidelines. I'm deeply concerned about the negative impact this has had on my business.This experience has led me to believe that Hostinger prioritizes negative publicity control over customer satisfaction. Their social media manager might respond with generic reassurances about security and a swift resolution, but based on my experience, these seem like empty promises.I urge anyone considering Hostinger to look elsewhere. Their complete lack of communication and disregard for customer issues suggest they are not a reliable domain registrar or web hosting provider.Final Warning: I have issued a final warning to Hostinger before pursuing legal action. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, and I will not tolerate their negligence any longer.EDIT: AS I SAID ABOVE IN MY REVIEW THEY WILL ONLY SEND A COPY PASTED SCRIPT TELLING "DEDICATED IS WORKING" THEY ARE DOING THE SAME SINCE LAST 19 DAYS I HONESTLY LETTING YOU GUYS KNOW NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND BIGGEST OF ALL 95% OF THEIR 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FROM FAKE PROFILES AND MESSAGE FOR HOSTINGER: IT'S VERY LAST WARNING OR EVEN ICANN WILL BLEW YOUR COMPANY AWAY THEY ARE ALREADY INVESTIGATING MY ISSUE AND THEY VALIDATED MY ISSUE AS WELL
