The websites we host on Hostinger went down inexplicably. Form "statuspage.hostinger.com" saw that one of their US Server was down and an emergency fix in progress. But when the "All Operational" status came up, our websites were still down. Started a chat with them, and found out that new hardware had been installed and that our VPS was among some that were being transferred to new hardware. I checked my email and sure enough they had sent notification about this 6 days prior. Response times in chat was reasonable and problem was quickly understood, researched and resolved. Overall they have been the best ISP service that we've used and we've used 3 other large national ISP's. Typically other ISP's respond "Oh, this is a self managed VPS, sorry we can't help you". Problems invariably happen, the willingness and competence of the ISP's support organization to help investigate the situation, is key factor
