I was all set to transfer our website to Hostinger and then discovered this company is boycotting ordinary Russian citizens. I also noticed that Hostinger's offers were getting more expensive the closer I came to the checkout. This is clearly a morally confused company, therefore I went elsewhere.UPDATE: Hostinger is a web hosting company, so I don't expect it to understand international geopolitics. It's shocking that it thinks it does! Excluding potential customers - and an entire country of ordinary citizens - because of what Hostinger defines as their government's "aggression" is hypocritical. Unless, of course, Hostinger stop accepting payments from citizens in ALL countries that exhibit aggression towards another country. I watch with interest to see how Hostinger responds to the aggression from Western countries towards and around the Gaza Strip. Maybe it's best for companies not to force their political views - especially if they are ill-informed - on customers and not to opportunistically jump on issues that they presumably think will provide advantageous "virtuous" marketing opportunities.

A few months ago I switched all the sites under my management over to Hostinger. The process was very smooth and even when there was a glitch or two they immediately addressed the issues and got them resolved. Since then, it has been smooth sailing. Their support is great and response time quick and professional. I highly recommend them. It has made management of the websites much easier for me.

"Absolute Garbage"
Absolute GarbageI've had a VPS with them for quite some time. Recently they sent out an email that I would be "migto a new node and my services would only experience a brief interruption" - Fast forward 11 days, and my services are still "interrupted" Not only that, my restore points crash the VPS, installed services are no longer installed (postfix, dovecot, node, py to name a few) All the while they are claiming that "we do not have access to modify the contents"Initially, the issue was performance. Despite providing documentation and evidence high-lighting the issue, I was told "it's just slow internet please show a speedtest" (part of the evidence was a local only script to iterate over an array for a match - NO INTERNET REQUIRED, which was timing out)I'm still told it's just slow internet. I provide additional evidence of the script running on a different server without issue. At this point, the VPS just goes dark for several days and no responses from "Customer service"I finally get a message that the issue is resolved, it's at this point I discover that it is in fact NOT RESOLVED. Not even close. I contact support again to request my account closed, refund issued, and my personal details deleted. I'm only able to achieve this goal by insulting and using negative language towards support that they "threaten to delete my account for violating their ToS"I have moved my client services to another hosting company as a result of this entire debacle. I have removed them from my list of suggested providers. In addition my partners have updated their hosts as well.EDIT: Apparently they have flagged this review and I'm getting notices that it's going to be deleted if I don't provide additional information. Everything has been provided. I wish to have ZERO contact with any rep from or on behalf of Hostinger. This has already been stressful enough and there literally is no way back from the hole they've dug themselves in.

"Very Poor support - Hostinger"
Hostinger - Very Poor support, Takes 5-15 minutes for 15-20 second of work. They have no phone support so you dont have any other option.. Godaddy, Hostgator and BigRock are better option. They are professional in product as well as in support.

"Shoddy customer service"
I am being billed monthly, I suspect by Hostinger, for a service that was cancelled months ago and there is no way to contact them. There is supposed to be a Live Chat (Sales) but there are no December slots. Grrrrrrrr!Have managed to get a response via an email address but they have no record of the account and cannot trace the payments they have taken.......leaving me gnashing my teeth and waiting patiently for an answer.Day#2 and no further forward. Requested feedback this morning to be assured they would investigate then nothing. Received a belated reply after yet another request for feedback. Asking me to provide card details and screeen shots of a bank statement I had already sent.
