Very Unhappy with this. I dont recommend this. In the process of a refund now but they refuse to refund the full amount that i paid 3 4 days ago.Their service is not usable. It is extremely hard to use and not Intuitive. They deleted all my data that i was configuring all day. They were not able to restore it hence i applied for a refund.But now it turns out they will not pay the full refund amount back..EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!Find another provider this is no good!

I'm furious! Hostinger is holding my domain, fftoolsapk.pro, hostage! They LOCKED it without a single word of warning, leaving my website DEAD in the water. This is UNACCEPTABLE and a blatant violation of ICANN regulations! Don't worry I already have started legal action against hostinger Administration and also launched a legal case on hostinger with ICANN edit [4/5/2024]: after waiting 18 days they still keep copy pasting same message about dedicated team which don't exists please beware of them they are biggest robbers

To migrate a website from different hosting is free,,,, but if you wish to migrate from 1 Hostinger account to another they want to charge me money,Also when you transfer a domain which has validity.... even then they charge.

I've had a very negative experience with this hosting provider, which I've used for many years. Unfortunately, I'm now compelled to switch to a different service. My entire website was deleted just one day following the receipt of a DMCA notice, which I found to be extremely hasty and disappointing

"This unprofessional host launches major."
Lack of professionalism. This host launches major maintenance operations without warning customers beforehand, and you end up with your website inaccessible for almost a day, which is inconceivable when you know that with High Availability solutions this might not even have to happen. I ended up with SEO problems for my site with Google, but also with an operation launched on social media which, instead of generating leads for me, genenegative comments!

They don't provide Windows based VPS. This is very important and should be clearly listed in the selections BEFORE purchase, because trying to get a refund is NOT easy on their site.

"3 reasons I'll never use Hostinger again"
3 bad things about this service. 1. The built-in constructor is primitive and doesn't suit my portfolio website. (Like, for example, make a title video/picture fullscreen wide, but not in the middle of the screen). 2. They have no real people solving your problems. All they have pretending to be a support is a ChatGPT talking to you like a parrot. 3. And the worst reason is that they don't allow you to return your maney, as opposed to being advertised, other than make a refund to the Hostinger balance to purchase more of their services.!?!. I mean, it is a fraud, isn't it? Real fact, after talking to their GPTSupport, they don't allow me to get a refund. I wish I could attach a screenshot to this review.

They block every single express VPN IP address. Just imagine how much customers you are loosing to this trash hosting. They are scammers and need to be shut down. I cant even edit my own websites for months.

This Company of Hostinger.com has stolen straight out my domain name ourstarearth.com and there is no improvements on thieves but punishment.I bought Hosting and paid about it but, they didn't allow access and stolen my domain name like that. They got paid to perform like that from a third party and that is their motive. Hostinger.com is the worst experience anybody can have on his business, thieves and a system that is slow and problematic as I learn from users.

Hostinger webhosting is nothing but thieves with rude and uneducated support staff.Several years ago I purchased a vps from Hostinger for the purpose of debugging a few client websites with runnaway sql queries that were killing my co-hosted server.I installed the os (Ubuntu) and cyberpanel using their automated script. DNS would simply not work. I have setup many servers using Fedora, Redhat and mostly Centos so I mostly know what I am doing but this was frustrating. Hostinger tech support was useless. First, they did not understand basic English or the problem I was describing and their answer to everything was "reboot the server" or "hire a professional". I finally found a workaround using Cloudflare but their system caused problems with software like Prestashop that uses tokens so I abandoned the server as I didn't really need it.Fast forward to last year. My daughter decided to put up her Prestashop again. Since I still had over a year left on my contract I decided to try again. Still no luck with dns.I noticed in my Hostinger account page that they sell CPanel licenses. Over the years, Cpanel staff has been a huge asset with many server bugs. They can and usually will fix anything. I decided to do a fresh os install and purchase the Cpanel license for the sole reason of fixing the dns issue and gaining some decent tech support. I paid $153 for the license and proceeded to install Cpanel. The install failed twice on a fresh os. I immediately contacted Cpanel and I was told they no longer support 3rd party licenses so I would have to go to Hostinger for support. I explained my problems with Hostinger support and he said Hostinger is contractually obligated to support any Cpanel license the sell. Hostinger told me again to hire a professional. This was less than an hour after I purchased the Cpanel license.I requested a refund for the license because I could not use it and they refused to honor their contract with Cpanel and support it. Of course they refused to refund it and pointed me to a disclaimer that said they dont make refunds for servers. I pointed out that to anyone with a basic knowledge of English, a server and a Cpanel license are two different things so that disclaimer which was not even on the license purchase page was irrelevant. All I got was a rude comment.I went to PayPal and explained the situation. They agreed that a license without support was useless and refunded my $153.I just logged in to my Hostinger account and found out my entire server is suspended with 6 months left on my prepaid contract. The reason? "Abuse" Seriously??The lesson? Stay away from online predators like Hostinger. Contracts mean nothing to them. If they dont need you they will gladly take your money and give you nothing in return and retaliate you complain. If they are held accountable by someone they do need, like PayPal or Cpanel, they will behave illegally and childishly and suspend you account and say YOU abused THEM. Good riddance
