"Terrible customer support"
Terrible customer support, they are just messing around with me for more than 2 days. Just some ready made templates to answer everything, and support is horrible. Avoid this hosting site like the plague, they will only take your money and WASTE YOUR TIME.

"Another bad experience with Hostinger"
Hostinger just suspended my valid website. When I talk to them they are saying it's fake shop, I need to submit documents and I've submitted all the document and they unsuspended. Now, If they suspend a valid website for few days until approve documents then If few days my website is down who will be responsible for my loss?

"The Worst Worst Hosting Ever!!!"
I bought a Cloud Professional plan and to create my first website after the payment was made.Hostinger forced me to use their name server or transfer my domain to Hostinger.I tried to reach out to customer service because I am new to Hostinger to see if I missed something or not. I got nothing but many useless articles!! No customer service at all!!I tried to solve this issue by myself. Then I noticed that when I opened my hosting plan, I got the "account is deleted" message!!!! I checked my email to try and find any emails from Hostinger regarding the account deletion, however I found nothing! I made a payment and they deleted my account without any notification! This is nothing short of fraud!!! It's outrageous!!I tried to get a refund because they emailed me nothing about the account closing and the payment refund. It's not easy to find the "refund" button! You should go to the help center and find out by yourself in a bunch of useless articles. You see, Hostinger does at least one thing great! They've hidden the refund portal very well!Run away! Before you build your digital assets at Hostinger!!

"Sounds like a scam, smells like a scam but not sure if it is"
We entered into a four-year agreement with Hostinger. After we began the process of transferring all our domain names, Hostinger decided, after a few days, to classify our payments as fraudulent. As a result, the transfers were canceled, and all our customers' websites went offline. The payments are accurate and cannot be reversed. The customers' websites cannot go online because a transfer code is required, and Hostinger seems to be unable to locate it. We've been in contact with Hostinger's contact center for three days now. The service is incredibly poor; there's no communication about a resolution timeframe, you can't be transferred to anyone, and as a Hostinger customer, you're left to figure things out on your own. This review will remain until this issue is resolved.I will write a review with an update daily. Hopefully, Hostinger comes up with a suitable solution

"Was fine, turned into a Hollywood worthy horror story"
Idk why, but Hostinger is choosing to make their product more unuseable very single day. The old wizard was already horror when you just want to add a domain name to your account. The new one is a complete horror story and totally useless.The forced installation, including ridiculous warnings after removing them, of the hostinger Wordpress plugins make it even worse.I started out as a happy customer, but now I can't wait to leave this hosting hell hole. Idk why a company would make their product so hard to use, but it seems that Hostinger has the mission to become the freakiest horror hosting on earth.

"I wouldn't recommend at all"
I wouldn't recommend at all. I find it interesting that I'm not able to formally review on Facebook. Since November, my sites upload to the Hosting FTP's with KB's missing and sites obviously don't load correctly. I've wasted hours and hours on chat windows with their support and ultimately just results in working a workaround, but still, I can't upload my sites directly from my builder, which is super inconvenient and obviously not how we would want to work. I've shown hard evidence of what's happening, and it's nothing to do with my system!I've tried migrating to other servers, and no change. After 3 months - I just give up. I'm moving elsewhere.

"No more support"
No more support, they have issue in filling text for search, I can't find way or contact them, there are no place to contact them.
