"Scammers and Liars"

Scammers and liars, stole my money for a VPS service that never functions the way promised. Customer support is useless. I actually cannot believe how much they failed to help me. I guarantee they've bought all these 5 star reviews with all the money they STOLE.~edit~ no I won't be providing contact, your service is insufferable and your "investigations" are useless.

"STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!"

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!Customer support is very difficult to get a hold of a real person. Then the follow up takes forever. I'm on day 2 now after paying $70+ for email and I still can get past the set up phase on their website cause their website throws an error. I requested a refund and they said no. They have no problem taking my money and all my time while not providing a service. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

"After 24 hours I bought the premium plan I have a feeling that I know more than your support team..."

Dear Hostinger,I was initially drawn to your hosting offer, but my experience after purchasing the premium plan has left me somewhat disappointed. Within 24 hours of making the purchase, I encountered challenges that made me question the depth of knowledge within your support team.Specifically, I believe there's a need for improvement in the support team's understanding of your platform, particularly regarding website migration. My first attempt at migration failed due to vague guidance provided by one of your team members. Subsequently, during my second attempt, following instructions meticulously, I found myself wrongly accused of manually installing WordPress to a subdomain, a task I hadn't undertaken.Upon closer inspection, it became evident that the issue stemmed from a lack of synchronization between your hpanel and public_html directories. Actions performed within the panel weren't reflected correctly in the public_html directory, leading to confusion and file overwrite. Despite these challenges, the support team assumed without inquiry that I had manually installed WordPress, overlooking the underlying issue.Despite being eligible for this offer as part of the premium plan, I found that I did not have access to claim a .lt domain free of charge. Interestingly, when exploring other offers, I did come across the opportunity to claim this domain for free.This inconsistency has left me puzzled and somewhat frustrated, as it seems that the offer is not being honored consistently across all plans. As a premium plan subscriber, I expect to receive the same benefits and opportunities as outlined in the terms of the offer.I kindly request clarification on this matter and hope for a resolution that aligns with the terms of the premium plan, allowing me to claim my chosen .lt domain without additional charges.Moving forward, I encourage Hostinger to prioritize comprehensive training for support staff, ensuring they possess a deep understanding of the platform and its intricacies, especially concerning website migration. Clear communication and proactive problem-solving will undoubtedly enhance the customer experience and alleviate frustrations such as those I encountered.

"Bought the annual plan with website"

Scam . even their ceo admitted their 85% reviews are fake .Bought the annual plan with website , they informed me 24hrs later that I cancelled the domain which I didn't. I cannot get any reply or refund from them, no communication and no way to contact them. They took my money and ran. Avoid this company. Now they say reply to their reply to sort out their mess but don't actually give me a way to contact them! I'm $36 down not including the work and time up on to create my site which I had to redo with another company. Consumer protection agency need to look at this scam

"2 days ago all my websites on their."

2 days ago all my websites on their server stopped working! Today again the same issue has come up!I have over 70 websites of my clients hosted on Hostinger, and they are now onto me!I shifted from Namecheap, which I think was my biggest mistake. Shameful service!!I can assure you that over 60% of reviews over here are fakehow can your servers crash twice in 4 days?

"The WORST Technical Support in History"

Hostinger, for some unknown reason moved my hosting to a new server. I host 11+ websites with them in that account. All were inaccessible from my Google Fiber ISP. I could connect to them on mobile via cellular 5G/LTE and over VPN on my home PC. I then SSH'd to my Ubiquiti Dream Machine and ran a traceroute to my domains. Each died at the exact same Hostinger owned IP address. Reverse DNS and Whois will show you its a Hostinger owned IP but Tier 1 wouldn't budge till I verbally requested an escalation to a Tier 2 tech. I feel sorry for regular web masters who don't have a CCIE and couldn't troubleshoot their expensive web hosts network...It appears I will need to find a new host or go back to GoDaddy - WOOF.

iam client and spent days to reach support and i cant and no button for help in the panel . just articles and if article solve your problem so we cant do nothing. i started now follow employees on linkedin to get one to solve my problem customer care zero

"NO REFUND AS PROMISED"

Their internet ad clearly states there is 30-day a money-back guarantee period. As soon as I foolishly tried-out this Hostinger site, I quickly realized that, for me, there was no easy way for me set up my website from what I found out in my initial efforts-AND consequently, within minutes, immediately requested a refund. Now, today I was finally advised by Hostinger that they will NOT refund my expense as promised; but to give me some type of BS-credit towards more of their products. This IS NOT a money back refund situation folks! I feel as though I have been duped!

"Crap"

I have a website with 10k visitors per month. It worked well on Hostinger until they blocked my account because someone DOSed my website.I couldn't even access my own database and I had to wait for days to get a proper backup, while my website was down.
