Their egregious disregard for their clientele not only wastes valuable time but also jeopardizes financial resources for the companies enrolled on their products.Firstly, Hostinger deliberately opts against providing instantaneous customer support via phone calls. Instead, they force all interactions through an inefficient chat platform. The majority of their chat agents exhibit callous indifference towards customers and blatant unprofessionalism. They frequently disappear from the chat for unacceptably long periods (often exceeding fifteen minutes) and cynically return, requesting more time to "review the case."Secondly, the Hostinger platform is riddled with flaws that render it unsuitable for website hosting. The unreliable email service, in particular, is crippling for any organization.This Trustpilot review is not merely a complaint; it is a sincere and earnest plea to the entire community to avoid Hostinger's services at all costs. Do this for your own peace of mind. a real nightmare. Like a nightmare that I can't even put in words. It's so frustrating to try to create even basic things, like resize a simple image. I just can't... worst decision ever. To be able to little changes on a theme, you have to pay for a pro version. I guess I will have give up and try another

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Hostinger's customer service. My domain, fftoolsapk.pro, was suspended 18 days ago without any prior warning or explanation. This unexpected suspension has left my website unavailable, causing significant disruption to my business.Throughout this ordeal, my dedicated team has consistently contacted Hostinger's customer support for updates. However, our efforts have been met with disappointment. We've received nothing more than generic responses and a complete lack of transparency regarding the reason for the suspension or a timeline for resolution.After the initial contact, it seems our messages have been ignored. Eighteen days later, a new agent appeared with the same generic response about an investigation being underway. This lack of communication and disregard for our concerns is simply unacceptable.ICANN has strict regulations regarding domain suspensions, and Hostinger's actions seem to be a violation of these guidelines. I'm deeply concerned about the negative impact this has had on my business.This experience has led me to believe that Hostinger prioritizes negative publicity control over customer satisfaction. Their social media manager might respond with generic reassurances about security and a swift resolution, but based on my experience, these seem like empty promises.I urge anyone considering Hostinger to look elsewhere. Their complete lack of communication and disregard for customer issues suggest they are not a reliable domain registrar or web hosting provider.Final Warning: I have issued a final warning to Hostinger before pursuing legal action. Never buy a domain name from this company, I summarize what happened to me:When I woke up one morning, I realized that my website was not working and the DNS information had changed. I immediately contacted hostinger, but even customer service did not know why my domain name was suspended. After a while, they said that they received an abuse and that they suddenly suspended my domain name without any notice to me. In their terms, they wrote that they could suspend the domain name whenever they wanted. First they asked me for my ID card, I sent it immediately and they took a day to review it, then they asked for company information, I sent the company information registered in my name and it took about a day for it to be reviewed, then they asked for a copyright registration registered to my domain name, and I told them that I could apply for it and get it, However, since this document might take days, I asked them to activate the site. Even though I told them that I already had a company and my work was legal, they did not accept it. In other words, they may suddenly suspend your domain name without notice just because they received an abuse. It doesn't matter to them if you lose money. There is a difference of 6 letters between my domain name and the Turkish company that sent the abuse for me. During all this time, my website was not working and my customers were asking why every day. Fortunately, after about 6 days, I moved my domain name to a different company and got rid of these. But they caused me a lot of loss, I lost reputation among customers and I fell far behind in Google searches. Shame on those who engage in this irresponsible and arbitrary behavior.

"Super worst support - Agents Don't Bother to reply and resolve clients issues"
one of the worst support as of the moment from hostinger... they dont care neither they replied. i been usingn them more then 2 years and before the service support was good but now its worst. agents dont reply nor resolve issue, like they dont care what the hell issue faced by the client. one of the recent issue that i faced is registring .co.uk domain, where all the compliance is done but hostinger as worst service provider agents didnt bother to follow up with the registrator to release the suspension. still issue is not solved its more then 3 weeks. Dont bother and care about your business and issues you faced.. will keep you posted with the further super poor support they are providing.

"Terrible service."
Terrible service.Be aware that if you purchase a months rolling contract for any service you do NOT receive anything as advertised. This is hidden away in the small print of their information.In order to receive what is advertised you are BULLIED into a year contract which in my view is very misleading and false advertisement to what is actually going to be provided too you regarding the month payment plan.Take good care too check the small print as well as not to be scammed by the misleading advertainments. There are much better hosting services that are cheaper WITH the same if not more & Will not mislead you with false information-Edit-The reply is misleading as they claim it is shown on the cart checkout which maybe true to some degree but on the home page it is clearly advertised as a free domain and freebies included no matter the term of the plan then is hidden in small print that it is not included with the month plan. So they advertise something just to take it away at checkout and hope you don't notice ?

"Service got worse, canot create a webpage without domain"
The service was good and extremely cheap, but one day without notice, I was not able to create webpages anymore with Hostinger, the only way I could create a webpage now is adding a domain (which I have to pay), this new restriction makes not possible for me to do any type of test, since i don't have money to buy unnecessary domains, the service is no longer convenient to me, of course quality price is steel good, but the convenience has become so low for me, tath is not worth it, I just had the service I paid for removed, that's not acceptable to me even do the relation quality price is steel realy good, but a deal is a deal, you can not remove services to people just like this. If they limit the webpage without domains to 3 I could understand, but completely removing the option to create a webpage without domain, not acceptable in my eyes.
