I have bought .uk domain it was show the cost is 0.99 per YEARit says per year, after i paid and transfer my domain from my old register . They just told me no this for transfer fees even though their transfer page clearly tells it's per yearThey refused to refund me or extend the domain as the agreement.

We host multiple websites with Hostinger and recently they changed a security policy and NONE of the websites work when accessed with ExpressVPN. This means, if any of your customer uses ExpressVPN, they will be unable to access your websites!

"Pathetic Services, Misleading and Fake"
This is a pathetic service. I purchased their business plan spent time setting up a website and I wanted a domain registered which came free with my hosting plan. But when I registered a domain, it never got registered and I received an email saying it is "abuse." I don't get how my domain name is abuse. We are a business and we take any such labelling very seriously. And, for 24 hours they just kept me hanging. So, turns out they just were faking it and it is a bot response with zero consideration. I got to their customer service to get a refund processed. They have tried all their product design tactics to make sure if you try to go to the help centre to get a refund and cancel your hosting you struggle. That help center responses were deliberately misleading. Anyway, I had to choose other service to actually get to talk to a customer support. She told that the domain cannot be registered. Anyway, they seemed not very upfront and obviously if they cannot communicate if a domain is not registered in 24 hours, that hampers business. I would not want any professional business website to be hosted with such service providers. I sent over 3 emails and had no response. But finally, they have said that a refund will be initiated and I'll update. Anyway, without any hassles I have the same domain purchased from other service provider. I'll strongly recommend you stay away from Hostinger if you're a business. It is just for newbies who want to host one pager and simple websites, they have no business etiquette.Update: The response is yet another example of unprofessional business etiquette. Their response is bogus. There is nothing suspicious about our domain and about what we do. Please stop with labeling anything suspicious at your whim and fancy.You sent me an email saying it is abuse. Your email never asked about anything, no document no verification. If you were even 1% as serious about safe internet as you're trying appear you would have asked for info and did what you're saying in your response. You arbitrarily canceled my domain name, labeled it as abuse and now you play savior of Internet. We are public about our documents and any verification required by anyone. Calling our business domain suspicious or abuse is seriously offensive. You're a good riddance as it just shows you're lying. I have no qualms in putting your email response up here and how I got no reply despite three emails. If you continue calling our business suspicious for now apparent reason, I think I should reiterate and expose how pathetic and a liar your team is.

"Sub-par quality and pricy"
I purchased the Game Panel 2 service from Hostinger to host a single Minecraft server for me and my friends. I was expecting it to run fairly well, but there was consistent lag, rubberbanding, and people being kicked for timing out. Additionally, the panel has way too many buttons. While some of the features are nice, most are simply not necessary and just take up space on the screen.I switched to another host (that is known for budget servers) and got a server with better specs for less money.TLDR: if you simply want to run a small game server, go with another host.

So, I transferred a domain, a value was shown and I "ok, maybe that was a promo or something".Paid the value with PayPal and that was ok.A few minutes later, I was again charged with Pay(un)Pal in the amount of 22$. I accepted one payment but not the other one, nor was I was FIRST notified that the xx$ amount has to be paid.Very shady company and BE AWARE. This is NOT and the prices are NOT what it seems.

It's incredibly frustrating to pay for something only to have it revoked moments later without any valid explanation.The lack of transparency and clarity in Hostinger's communication regarding the blocking of domains is utterly unacceptable. Not only did they fail to provide any evidence or specific reasoning for why my domain was flagged as spam, but they also refused to offer any assistance or support in resolving the issue.To make matters worse, despite my attempts to request a refund for the blocked domain, Hostinger has adamantly refused to refund my money. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling and demonstrates a complete lack of integrity on their part.Overall, my experience with Hostinger has been nothing short of a waste of time and money.
