"Hosting plan not working and not true service"
Register for a professional hosting package. Set up the website in one day. But three days later the website was taken off, deactivated, and the system auto cancelled my hosting plan. They already charged my credit card. The email of refund was sent to our email address, but we did not receive refund. Support team of Hostinger did not even reply once or even provide response to our case.

Your systems are badly thought out and badly designed, and your chat support, though nice and helpful, does not seem able to address the underlying problems, which are frankly, numerous! I speak from over 45 years experience of software design and development in all roles and across many industry sectors.

"I subscribed to a service for a month"
I subscribed to a service for a month, unaware of its automatic renewal feature. Without any prior notification, they deducted 144 euros from my account for the entire year. Despite contacting my bank immediately after the payment, they couldn't halt the transaction and suggested I reach out to the company or involve the authorities. I've initiated a refund request, as the company, registered in Cyprus (I ordered services while in Lithuania), is obligated to return the funds within 15 working days. Exercise caution when dealing with this company.

"They closed my websites"
They closed my websites. I had websites builded with drupal and I did not have time to work on them, and they closed my websites on january 2014, even if I paid for them until marth 2016, and i paid cloud professional plan.

AwfulDo not believe the fake reviews - the CEO even boasts about it online!They cannot transfer domains once bought and try and lock you in. Takes 12 hours to unlock a domain which on other sites takes seconds.Their support is abysmal and I have been fighting 2 days to get my UK domains out. They do not know how to do it and have had to call numerous engineers to work it out. It is very simple thing to do.I will be leaving them as soon as my hosting ends, which apparently is non-refundable - surprise surprise.Unfortunately, the words in the response are just words and never translates into action

"HOSTINGER is the WORST"
I tried signing up for Hostinger and it didn't work!!!! They charged me but not once did it work!!! I have tried to email them to get my money back and they have requested screenshots of the charge which I have sent and they still won't reimburse me for the charge!!! They keep wanting more info! It's just a run around!!! They said my email doesn't show up as an account!! Which is the whole point of why I should get my money back. My account was charged and they won't reimburse me even though clearly an account wasn't set up when I purchased the plan!!! This is the WORST service!!!!!!!! And the responses are AI or something, instead of people.

terrible experience. They charge me and their is no way to cancel, i wrote them an email on February 5th!!! Nothing!!UPDATE:!!! I WAS CHARGED AGAIN! They did NOTHING!!! NEVER RECOMMEND!!!
