very aggressive in their business methods when you don't want to be a customer anymore, I have constantly tried to get this company to stop contacting me and stop trying to force me to become a customer again but they keep contacting me and it doesn't seem like they will stop.

I have been customer from 4 years. Good hosting company in terms of terms of tech but they are becoming too greedy now. Also support is becoming useless3 days back until 3rd March 2024 I was able to see, renewal charges Rs.20,000 (already Rs.8000 more than new customer)Now as day passed and my renewal date approaches, they suddenly changed renewal charges to Rs.28,000 . Though they are just copy pasting me old and new customer charge templates which are not relevant.I can see lower renewal charges in other accounts. I just referred on friend and it started charging exorbitantly.Never thought of publishing review hereEdit : As I have already said, they are best in Tech and No problem from 4 years (except 2-3 experience). Also good customer support. Pricing was the issue which got resolved. But it should resolve from Customer Experience not after posting query here. Thank you help
