"No receipt after payment"

I have no record of what I ordered. There is no email receipt (or otherwise) of what I have paid for. There is no facility to access the order on the KwikFit website.

Booked a brake inspection with the local kwik fit garage at Woodville Swadlincote. On arrival I was told before anything started that I would not be able to have a price for any repairs or even have a repair! Reason given was because it was a Sunday! I mean what was the point of this service? Absolute waste of my precious time and I left in disgust. I will have to waste more time finding another repair garage. Kwik Fit? Needs a rethink if this is an acceptable way to treat customers!! Complete utter shambles!

I got an online March deal saving $36 from the list price on premium Bridgestone run flat tyres for the good lady's 118i ??The geezers working there were also excellent & special mention for Kier who was happy to engage in friendly banter + they also completed a couple of other inspections while the car was on the ramp ?The best praise that I can contribute is, that I'll happily return in the future but only when I can get a discount deal ?
