"Same day tyre change"

I needed a same day tyre change relatively late in the afternoon. A slot was available and the work was complete within 20 minutes. All staff were polite and efficient. Jordan, Jag, and Ken all handled my problem professionally.

Very easy to book, mechanic arrived in allotted time spot and completed the job within time stated with no fuss or bother

"Broke down off M1 with severe tyre."

Broke down off M1 with severe tyre damage from pothole. Called around 2 local Kwik Fit garages in St Albans area (Redbourn), both in a 3 mile radius. First garage called, explained my situation and that I had 2 young girls in the car and had time to get to garage to get a replacement fitted. Met with sarcasm and very unhelpful young lad. Didn't understand my situation at all, and promptly ended the conversation rudely with can't help -about to shut (call made 5.30pm) at 6pm. The other garage was similar in reply but insisted manager had confirmed couldn't help as closed in half an hour.. totally indifferent to my situation, no humanity or even basic manners. Very upsetting for my 2 passengers. They could have helped but decided closing 30 mins earlier was more important. I will not be using this company again!!! Zero customer service and zero empathy.

I was booked in for Tuesday and now been told it will be the following Monday leaving me without a car for nearly a week. If it had been delayed by a day I would have understood but nearly a week seems ridiculous

"Kwikfit Mobile Tyre Service- Thumbs up"

I needed to get 2 new Tyres done at my work place. This was no problem for Kwikfit Mobile. They had the tyres in stock, I was able to book a convenient time slot, even though I paid extra to get the tyres done within a shorter time frame the overall price worked out cheaper than some other sites for the same tyres. Easy to book online and great updates along the way. The only thing I found was that the tracker didn't work to see where the technician was. The technician was very friendly and helpful and changed my tyres in a good time and he also did my Air pressures for me and reset the tyre pressure in my car maintenance system. The Kwik fit van was very smart and looked professional.Brilliant service all round.Thank you.

Unclear information during quote, resulting in additional charges. Amended details not saved. Welcome email not received. Awful & slow customer service. Already complained & unhelpful response.
