"Shocking Customer Experience"
I drive a Kia EV6. 12 days ago I picked up a slow puncture due to a screw going into the tyre. Kwik Fit Mobile arrived a week later (after rearranging the appointment they could not originally keep) with tyres for a Mitsubishi PHEV and as they could not be bothered to phone me back and therefore not rectify quickly, I chose to book the car into a Kwik Fit centre this morning. They have now also put the damaged tyre back on the vehicle as they too have made an error with the tyre actually required. There is no service level whatsoever and having left the filthy waiting area I am at a loss as to how anyone uses this company. Unfortunately I have a leased vehicle so have no choice but my local independent tyre specialist who looks after another vehicle of mine is in a different league, they care about the customer, go out of their way and always make you feel welcome. Unless you need to use Kwik Fit I would highly recommend you go elsewhere

Took car for MOT and service. The attention I received was second to none the manager was polite and staff most helpful was told when the car would be ready for me but as it failed MOT it was later but no fault of Kwik fit was informed of the problem and the amount to fix it nothing was to much of a problem. Thank you to Andy the manager and his staff

"They cancelled my original day, with no warning."
They cancelled my original day, they called me on the day during the time slot they had given me. They did not call me before the time slot, which if they had I would have been a little bit more understanding. They then dismissed off the phone rather quickly, saying that they would pack another tyre with them so they nothing would go wrong. Although nothing should go wrong, as it was the correct tyre I order. I would have preferred something to help me out, for instance money off. Instead I had to wait 3 days for the tyre to be replaced. It was a real inconvenience for me as I have to go to work and I had to make other arrangements. However once they did turn up they fitted it quickly and they were off.

Well managed from start to finish. Received notification to advise what time fitter would arrive, job done well and efficiently despite some pretty awful weather, and Matt (the Kwik Fit fitter) was extremely professional and courteous. Will definitely use this service again.

Used Kwik Fit's mobile tyre fitting service for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. Tony fitted two tyres for me with no fuss and was happy to have a good chat with me throughout, sharing some useful words of wisdom and advice. Not sure I'll worry about going along to the shop again giving the quality of the job and convenience of having it done on my drive!

QF cancelled mobile fit appointment day before due, and would only rebook for six days further on. Local independent mobile filter did job same day.
