Would highly recommend this service, was a very reasonable additional price for mobile fitting.Nick my mobile kwik fit technician phoned prior to arrival to make sure he was ok to come early.He arrived in a kwik fit van so I knew it was him, he was smartly dressed and polite, I gave him the key and locking wheel nut, and I was happy I could leave him to it. Fitting was around 20 minutes. Area was left clean tidy.I am very particular about my car so I requested a certain wheel nut torque which Nick was happy to do, I was made aware that was my responsibility.You sign at the end that you are happy with the work and get a report also via email.Only thing I would mention is I had previously ordered this service months ago for a certain type of tyre brand model etc, which was not delivered to the mobile fitter in time so had to cancel, so I do recommend giving alittle time for this process. ( I think I placed order Saturday night for Monday or Tuesday fitment, probably not enough lead time)Great service would definitely do again in the future!Many Thanks Andy

"Bad advice and too expensive"

The manager gave me a quote for 2 new tyres that was higher than the Kwikfit online price. He also persuaded me to replace one of tyres which did not require to be replaced! I researched this afterwards and found that the tyre was perfectly legal.

Been using the Poole branch on Fernside road for a long time and the staff are always very friendly and very informative when fixing/replacements parts on your car. The staff go out of there way to ensure I leave satisfied and always listen to any concerns or requests and respond likewise. The chap from Romania (sorry, didn't get his name) even sourced some replacement locking nuts for my wheels while getting new tyres while I was waiting, from one of your suppliers when I asked if they could be replaced as my ones were rusty and within 30 mins they arrived. Absolutely great customer service. 6 out of 5 !

Went to Kwik fit in Swinton and realised I had ordered the wrong type tyres! The team reordered the tyres and fitted them later in the day. Excellent service all round.

CRAP , don't bother , booked mot just to be told we can't do the work on your car for a week , so why book mot and take money if you can't do the work. never again
