Really quick, efficient and friendly

"Is it just me or is service a thing of the past"

I booked a time slot for mobile tyre fitting. 1 minute before the time slot lapsed I receive a phone call to say the fitter would not be coming . I asked when I could get another appointment to be told it would be two days later. Was it really the best that could be offered when I'd secured a same day service to begin with. Leaving it until the last minute to inform me meant it was too late in the day to make alternative arrangements meaning I had to cancel my plans for the next day. While I understand things happen I would consider this very poor service and question why companies as big as this are still able to offer services they don't actually provide . You can't get quicker than a kwik fit fitter - unless they don't turn up !

Called the kwik fit in kirkintilloch this morning as I had a slow puncture.Was quite stressed but they were brilliant and told me to take my car down to leave and they would do their very best as they were busy.Paul and Mathew I think their names were had it ready for me to pick up in about an hour.Very grateful for how speedy and kind they were and it was a price I could afford..I would use kwik fit again, very happy

"Poor service"

Dropped my partners car off with a slow puncture. Told it would be 1.5 hrs and they would call. The never called back we called a number of times its now 4hrs later and they a just about to look at it.No reason or excuse given, could not care less attitude.Central portsmouth branch
