Had 4 new tyres fitted by Kwik fit in Oban and the service was excellent alround. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and friendly and my car was ready to go exactly at the time I was advised it would be. I also like how the vehicle inspection check was emailed straight away to me, so I had time to review it before collecting my car in case I had any questions. Will definitely use them again. The only issue was that the Kwik fit website itself was very glitchy and repeatably froze when using it on a mobile. But other than that great service alround from the Oban garage, thank you.

As usual, the service from the Dorchester branch was exemplary. Able to book in this morning at short notice to resolve a slow puncture. Problem sorted and without any "pressure" or "spiel" to obtain a new tyre. An all-round tyre check done as standard. Well done, and thank you.

"Had to make an appointment to get a."

Had to make an appointment to get a picture fixed today. I only went to Kwik Fit as neither of the other 2 garages in Kelvin Square could not do it until Friday.I have not been in KwikFit for years due to daylight robbery.Well, today I showed up for my 1.30 appointment. 15 minutes later the guy appears and wants to tell me about my tyre. I thought ' here we go, rip off time '.The guy tells me there is no puncture, it is not leaking at the rim and the tyre is fine. However the valve was jammed and leaking. He replaced the valve and problem cured. Spent another 10 minutes checking all the other tyre pressures and checking the torque of all four sets of wheel nuts.Cost .No cost because that is just good customer service according to the technician/manager.Needless to say I tipped the guy for being so honest and not ripping me off.Kwik Fit has certainly taken a huge turn for the better and I will certainly be back there at K F, Kelvin Square, Livingston next time I need tyres.A genuine thanks to Kwik Fit staff.

I had a flat tyre on Saturday morning so I popped into Kwik Fit on Stratford Road in Shirley and the guys only had to adjust the valve. It was literally done in a few seconds. They were really helpful and didn't even charge me as it was a small job. What a service. It may have been a small job but made a big difference to my day. Thank you.

"Disappointing lack of service"

Needing to purchase four new tyres, I expected things to be the same. Sadly, under new management, the service at my local Kwik Fit Centre was appalling, such a disappointment.The member of staff on reception was abrupt and didn't appear to listen to me. He was the same when I called in with a query. He informed me the reason they'd not completed the check sheet for my spare tyre, was that my car didn't have one.Strangely, the spare tyre was still under the platform in the boot of the car - where it had been since I'd paid extra for both the tyre and the boot platform when I purchased the car from new.Suggest customer service training is required.I will not return to Kwik Fit.

I went to them to do something and then I found a strange sound in the car and when I returned to them they told me this is your problem, not ours without even examining the car or looking at it and they spoke to me in a very rude way and they just want me to leave the place.( N-566-DV )
