The level of customer service and their "can do" attitude was exceptional.My wife's car recently failed its MOT and needed to be retested. I turned up on a Friday afternoon at 5pm to be told that the tester had finished for the day, but he would happily come back to do the retest. He came back at 5:45 to find that the initial test had expired and the car needed a new full test. Without hesitation both guys agreed to stay behind and do the test again, knowing that they had other arrangements for the evening, and it would take an hour to complete.It might not seem like a big deal to many, but it meant a lot to me, they were there until 7pm which ensured my car was now compliant and road worthy.The guys have the right attitude, and are clearly committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

"Kwik Fit mobile tyre fitting - rapid and outstanding service"

Used the Kwik Fit mobile tyre fitting service after getting a blown out tyre when the two independent mobile fitters recommended by the breakdown rescue service failed to return my phone calls. Booked online on Friday for a Saturday (the next day) evening appointment (their next available appointment). Great selection of tyres available to choose from at the time of booking. The mobile technician (James) phoned ahead of the appointment to confirm the time he was due to arrived. A text arrived promptly just before James did at the time he said he would be arriving. Within 20 mins, James had changed 2 tyres, balanced the wheels, and put the spare back in its cage! James was very professional and polite throughout. I will definitely use Kwik Fit mobile tyre fitting service again! Their prompt and efficient service ensured I got the tyre issues sorted rapidly at a weekend when I really needed my car to be reliable (as a hospital consultant on call)! I was stranded at home on Saturday with a flat tyre just after everywhere had closed.I rang Kwik fit mobile service and booked a repair or replace for Monday, which I had to pay $98.95 in advance.I booked a day off work for Monday but at mid morning I got a call to say that a mobile fitter was not available and they were cancelling my appointment. The earliest new appointment they gave me was for FRIDAY.I said no thanks, I have got a job to do and I cancelled and requested a refund. I got the tyre fixed that day with another company.This is totally unacceptable customer service, and they have still got my money !

"Flawless MOT at Amesbury"

My car was booked in for its MOT at the new Amesbury Branch in Wiltshire. On line booking process was easy and straight forward. On the day of the MOT I arrived early to be met by Dylan who was professional and managed to get me in earlier than arranged. Kev took charge of the car and put it through the MOT process. Had a change of availability after booking online, I sent and email and received a call to arrange a later appointment. This was quick and hassle free.The techinican came on time and was polite, gave helpful advice and performed the fitting quickly and to a good standard.

Although I had booked an appointment for 09.45 when I arrived I was greeted but told the car would be ready in approx 45mins. Being disabled I had booked the appointment to ensure I was waiting long. When I queried this wait I was told that you were very busy. So accepting this I thought it best to find somewhere comfortable to sit and made my way to Costa for a coffee. Having ordered my drink and sat down my phone rang informing me that my car was ready. Slightly annoying though, in every other way the service was up to your usual high standards.
