Having suffered a puncture on my way to Aberdeen I rang Kwik Fit at Forfar and spoke to Stevie, who very kindly offered to help straightaway. On arrival Stevie quickly and capably mended my puncture, explaining that a screw had been embedded in the tyre. I was soon on my way with some cheery words and a wave from Stevie, my problem sorted to my great relief. This was truly exceptional service from Stevie, who is an example to all of just how good customer service can be. He is a great asset to Kwik Fit and to the people of Forfar, so well done Stevie, well done Kwik Fit and thank you so much for all your help.

Contacted the branch at very short notice after having issues with a couple of tyres on a commute home. Spoke with the assistant manager Sean who was absolutely brand new and was able to get me within the hour. Car was booked in and two new tyres fitted within an hour. The whole team - Connor, Eden and Chris were efficient and polite and professional with not just myself but all the customers who came into the branch whilst I was waiting. They are a credit to the organisation.
