No Sunday Customer Service ? Answer phone goes into a loop spilling out the same unconnected message. "Press buttons 1-6" & then the answer - 'No digit has been recorded'- Really P.P one star minus service.

Ordered tires and paid for next day installation . they then cancelled on the day and won't fit my tyres for over a week. As this was an emergency fitting I'm now carless for a whole week and missing work.

We had a blow out on the way to visit my daughter at University. The AA took me to Kwik Fit Guildford. The service was excellent and I can't sing their praises highly enough. They were fully booked but still fitted us in and changed my tyre in good time so we could get back on the road again. I have been to lots of Kwik Fit Branches in the past and this was without doubt the best one by far! The staff couldn't do enough for us. If only all experiences were this positive. Thank you for looking after us so well.

I tried to use kwik fit mobile tyre replacement. Never again. First they took my money and said they would attend within 5 hours. Then they called to change date and time, had ridiculous converstions, several, where people said 'I really understand where you are coming from ....'I cancelled my booking, really rubbish service
