"I wish I could give 0 starts"

I wish I could give 0 starts. I booked a free Aircon check at kwik fit Croydon. When I arrived there the extremely lazy guys refused to do the check. Telling that they don't do check, only regas. He not even asked me what car was or what was the problem or anything. I told if don't do check why offer the service, he continued to insist that they only do regas, and tried to explain me how the system works. I told my car was electric and not combustion and that the explanation that he was given was totally incorrect. Them he told that kiwk fit don't work in electric cars when the website clearly show that the work in electric cars, even have one section of the site just for electricity vehicles. I will never use Kwik fit services in my car. I hope that guys loses his job ASAP. If you don't like your job go find something else to do and stop ruining others people day!

Booked an MOT at Dartford. They phoned to cancel on the day of the appointment, this was very inconvenient as my MOT expired that day. Had to request a refund, a week later I am still waiting for it. Phoned today (Jason) and was told they would look into it and get back to me. Needless to say, no one has bothered to call back.

"12 days and 3 appointments and no tyres fitted"

Ordered and paid for 4 Michelin PS5's Mobile fitting on 9th March, booked for 13.00 to 18.00 15th March, got a call late in day to say no tyres, day taken off work wasted, rebooked for same time on 19th March but came through as an all day appointment, rebooked for 21st March 13.00 to 18.00, day off work taken again, I recieve an email to call Kwik Fit which I do and they have no tyres, they blame the Suez Canal and say it could be up to 3 weeks to get tyres, they clearly knew they hadn't got stock and weren't going to get any, thanks for burning 2 precious days holiday, requested refund and let's hope they manage that..In short they took a long time and weren't Kwik in anyway to Fit absolutely nothing..to be fair they missed an appointment I had in late 2023 so I shouldn't be surprised, that's 3 days holiday!! I'm now back to 9th March and no tyres on my shiny new wheels!! Dear Kwik FitMany thanks for adding my name to the generic response in which you are sorry for the speed of the work taken out, please refer to the above to learn that no work actually took place, again thank you for the invite to waste yet more of my time contacting you when you have all of my details on file, as a professional in the logistics industry I understand that I am a service provider in a competitive market place, and I were to fail a fail as you have here I would not be waiting for a poor review to attempt to remedy my failure, I hope to hear from you soon with a personal not generic response.Update on 4th April No contact at all from the Customer Service Team so yet another department that lacks training and doesnt fulfil its role, Letter inbound to higher up the chain.
