Booked online for 2 new tyres to be fitted today at the Abergavenny branch.I've given 4 stars based on service, missing one star based on some suggestions for improvement.Booking an appointment and purchasing was great and have used this service many times and for varying locations: so much easier and reduces having to hang around.Service at the garage was good.My only recommendations would be is for staff to quickly review your order and clarify if all correct. Why? In my case I hadn't chosen any optional extras and didn't really want my wheel alignment checked (appreciated its value though) as had no real concerns but hadn't noticed it was included anyway. I'll come back to this further down.Even though In recent years I've had positive experiences with KWIK fit, older experiences of feeling a little pushed into additional needs/purchases still linger. Hence when told that some alignment settings needed corrected, my gut reaction was to be cautious. As such, I wanted time to think about it and said that it's being serviced by main dealer soon so could ask them to have a look.I have to say, a little of the old school did kick in such as "but we have the best equipment/hawk computer in the country, better than main dealers"etc etc. a little push to use them to fix it?I have to say that the member of staff became a little defensive, indicating that it sounded as if I was implying something but did reassure him that I wasn't but was and why I had some scepticism. I mentioned I hadn't noticed the wheel alignment check on my order and again defensive he added "but there it is on the screen" etc. hence a little review of order as mentioned earlier would help.

"Cancelled on me 15 mins before"
Booked and paid for home visit for new tyre, they called and cancelled on me 15 mins before they had been busy. Fair enough, they could not even come the next day so I asked to cancel then the advisor said they would refund. They didn't and I had to call again 5 days later and a lovely lady processed refund. Just unreliable hassle.
