I got charged for 'tyre disposal' for fitting a tyre to a wheel that I took in with no tyre.I've also had Kwik-fit replace a tyre at home on my companies van. They either lost or took the wheel hub cover with them.

Could not be happier, the whole team (especially Andy the manager) at Kwik Fit Houndmills / Basingstoke were fantastic, they went out of their way to help us when we were in a really sticky situation. A great example of FIRST CLASS customer service, a lesson to other retailers on how it should be done. Great work Kwik Fit team, a credit to the brand.

The experience was second to none I had the gentleman come to my house. He was very professional and extremely polite he first checked out my tyre and then changed it for a new one. Would definitely recommend kwik Fit to my family and friends.

"Poor attention to detail and poor customer service"
Very disappointed with attention to detail and customer service. One month after having new tyres fitted at Hendon, London, I luckily discovered that the wheel locking nut key was not put back in car. I called the store, and emailed twice the manager for this branch. Still not had a reply after 10 days.
