"Kwik fit Oldham ."

Went to kwik fit in Oldham on Sunday 18th Feb as I heard some rattling under my Mini, thought it could be my exhaust. Turns out it was a loose metal plate which was the cause of the noise.Cameron did a quick repair to make it safe... he was helpful and professional, 5 star service, would definitely return if needed.

I booked a convenient time for me online. The day before I received a call to inform me technician unable to attend and needed to rebook. Rebooked on the phone, but had to make alternative arrangements. On the day, all texts/emails received OK and tyres fitted. Interestingly, I found I had signed my invoice that was emailed to me !!!

My car was booked in to the Kwik Fit in Bruswick St Newcastle under Lyme for 2.30 pm on Sat 30th March.We paid in full online when booking We arrived at 2.15 to be told they had contacted us numerous times during the moring to say the appointment was cancelled. WE HAD NO MISSED CALLS AND NO EMAILS! We were also told we would receive full refund that same day...we still havent received anything 2 days on. Extremely shoddily run branch they did not give a hoot..no apology nothing!!AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS.We will never give them our business again

Walked out of work to a flat tyre. Pulled into Mitcham Road quick fit and was met with great customer service. New tyre sorted quickly and put at ease. Thanks

Five star service at Kwik Fit, Golders Green from Hazim the mechanic for going above and beyond with his expertise and Kim at reception who was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly! Thank you both for sorting my car out!!!

Staff were rude unhelpful and do not seem to understand the word disabled. Never again! Left in tears felt humiliated hence late review.

Very pleased with mobile service from Josh in Doncaster. Good communication, he arrived on time and cheerful, efficient change of tyre. Have used Balby Road centre before and been very impressed with the team there. Mobile service was very easy to book.
