All day booking slots - too vague. Need a more accurate time window. No call/text from technician before arrival until he was within 2 mins.

Booked my taxi in for a tyre repair (slow puncture) Chesterfield Depot 1630 Fri 22/3. Over an hour later staff came to me and said nothing found all ok.Over weekend had to inflate tyre 3 times. Monday morning went to same depot and was met with a stresshead who said "You will have to leave it with us" no appointments available. Pointed out to stresshead that im a taxi and have bookings through out the day and he again replied "You will have to leave it with us" He didn't ask for the size of the tyre or anything.
