Mark, the mobile tyre mechanic was spot on. He turned up when he said he would and changed the tyre in a blindingly quick time. All the necessary tyre pressure monitoring software was updated for me as well. Great service and would,recommend this to anyone.

First time using Kwik Fit mobile service through motability. On my way out to an appointment this morning when we discovered the front tyre was completely flat. Phoned motability - lady got approval for the mobile service to come out but said it could be anytime up to 8.30PM. Less than four hours later Joshua was at my home and tyre changed within 15 minutes. Very polite and helpful young man. Excellent service from Kwik Fit Mobile that made the whole experience very easy.

I booked and paid for 3 new tyres on line (which cost over $550.) for a mobile technician to attend my address. It took 7 days for them to schedule this appointment. On the day, I made 3 phone calls and each time they confirmed that the technician would definitely be turning up. At 6:30pm, I received a call to say that the technician would NOT be attending and that he only 2 tyres on board. They eventually turned up the following day with 3 tyres and fitted them, so 9 days later I am now road worthy.
