Great customer service from initial booking to technician coming to my house to fit my new tyres. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the process was flawless. Would highly recommend.

The guys arrived at my house when expected, though during a wide time window. Efficiently fitted 2 new tyres and the front and back wheels were then swapped over at my request, with no hassle / questions asked. Meanwhile, I could just got on with other things. All tyre pressures checked before they left.I could get exactly the tyres I wanted and I didn't need to drive there and wait around. Makes complete sense if you don't need an immediate tyre change.

My car failed MOT, and one of the failures was something they were unable to do in-house. They spent the time to recommend garages nearby that would be able to carry out the work and then booked me in for a retest once I had got the work completed. Upon the day of the retest, their MOT tester was unwell so they took it upon themselves to call other garages to see if they could fit me in as I was selling my car later in the week so needed it done. Once one was found they processed a full refund for me with no issue. Excellent customer service throughout, handled each situation as best they could and sought to keep me informed and up-to-date with what was going on.
