Rang Bicester KwikFit for price for 2 tyres 215/55 18 and was told no such size tyres listed .Went to another garage 2 minutes up the road and 2 tyres 215/55 18 fitted and done inside 30 minutes !

"Lack of Wheel nut"

Cancelled having my tyre replaced as I didn't have my locking wheel nut key, this was due to the last Kwik Fit garage not replacing my locking key back into the vehicle. as its not often I have to replace tyres I did not think to ensure I had the key. If I cannot get the original key back it will cost me a further $120 to have the nuts drilled off then cost of tyre and labour!

Great response all completed in a day. Did say the tyre pressure sensors would be checked yet the paperwork had N/A

Booked kwikfit to come to my home as didnt want to drive the car with a flat tire. Mid afternoon received a call to say visit had been cancelled 'due to an emergency'. Same thing happened last time we booked with them. Not reliable. After initially being offered a new appointment 4 DAYS LATER I managed to get them to come out the following day, but they turned up right at the end of the slot so another day wasted stuck at home. Job was done to my satisfaction but technician was not particularly professional and wanted to leave my keys on top of my car rather than just knock on my door a few metres away..their only saving grace was the very understanding lady I spoke to when I called back after redefining the message that my visit had been cancelled, she helped to bring the new visit date forward and was understanding of my annoyance.

I booked the tyre replacement on Sunday 10th March for the earliest appointment of Wednesday 13th March (which in itself is ridiculous considering your company name!) I then waited at home all Wednesday's morning for the replacement and engineer to turn up. Only to get a call at 9.50 (engineer was supposed to turn up between 10-4) to say the tyre was out of stock and couldn't be obtained for 5 days! This is absolutely shocking service considering you had 3 days to prepare. Absolutely unacceptable. I won't be using your services again and I will be advising others the same. Not to mention when looking elsewhere after your let me down I noticed your prices were 25% more than the local competitors.

Castleford branch. Arrived need help didn't book in 3 lovely polite most helpful young men manager was only young but couldn't be more help we were served at 5.30pm when they were already busy and ready to close helped us with my sons car tyre valves ramped it up took tyres off and found tyres damaged showing us and explaining the issue. Bought 2 new tyres and they fitted them not one grumble about the time. CANT THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH IN CASTLEFORD BRANCH ENOUGH. Have to say so professional and polite and very very helpful, could have turned us away and said come back tomorrow nothing was too much trouble for any of the lads on site today 22/2/24 17.40pm

"This is a follow up from my bad."

This is a follow up from my bad dealings with this company and my MOT.They changed my exhaust, for no reason, on the made up MOT and guess what it now giving me problems. This company should not be operating. It now an Ombudsmen job! I have taken the car back in, and yes they won't admit their fault. From what someone is saying, the exhaust is not suitable for the high performance car.It rattles, its noisy endless problems in performance.
