"Cancelled late notice"

Cancelled late notice, causing a lot of problems. Missed a call, had to call them back, kept me waiting for 10 min and very arrogant on the phone and of course not their fault as "the technician called in sick" . Reading other reviews this seems to be very regular thing to happen.

Absolutely fantastic service. I contacted Kwik Fit as I had a damaged flat tyre and was unable to drive the car. Therefore I needed a home call out on a sunday. I went on their website to select a tyre and a good range to choose from. I booked a slot and made payment. I received a call from customer services to ask if it was ok if the engineer could call earlier than the original time slot that was booked. The engineer who was brilliant, arrived exactly on time, carried out the tyre change with no fuss , checked all tyres and gave advice on a further tyre that needed replacing. The experience was outstanding and the price for the tyre and call out I don't think can be beaten as I was quoted some ridiculous prices. I have recommended Kwik fit to family friends and work colleagues as I was so impressed with their call out service.

Usually use Devizes and have left 5* review for them before. This time used Swindon (Lynton Road). Firstly they tried to over charge me by $30 then on my way home the warning light came on telling me that the tyre was over inflated (3.3 instead of 2.3). Also my valve cap was missing. Poor service and won't use them again!

Good morning, I would like to send a complain to write down my experience which was the worst I have had yet, I've had a appointment at 9:30 which I was on time to but the mechanic informed me that I have got to wait an hour. I have then later returned an hour and 15 minutes later but nothing was done with my car which then i was told to book another appointment at a later date. I must say that the people working there are not competent, it is my last time where i will use the services of macclesfield kwik fit and I will share to others to avoid your services because i have lost time driving to you and driving back due to me living in buxton which is 30 minutes away its a complete waste of time and day.this is all in macclesfield Online Booking Reference: KF13-2107912

Called in Beverley today with my partners Motability Car to get some advice on front tyre condition I found the Office Manager rude and unhelpful without any preamble demanding that I return later as he was busy,a young man offered to help and he overuled him instantly If I had a choice I would never go anywhere near Qwik Fit again, as it is I will not use Beverley and will advise Motability of our experiance The response from Kwik Fit is stupid in the extreme, there is no other detail its all here! Why in gods name would I want to fill in yet another form so that they can still ignore it, As an aside they appear only to give attention to those postings of 5 stars !
